Sejak zaman dahulu masyarakat yang mendiami suatu desa sudah terbiasa hidup dengan alam lingkungannya, apakah sebagai petani ladang atau sebagai pelaut. Namun kebutuhan ini terbatas hanya pada pemanfaatan saja. Alam beserta kekayaannya yang ada dengan pengetahuan yang terbatas, pemanfaatan alam belum mengiringi dengan budaya untuk melestarikan alam demi kepentingan masa yang akan datang. Kebiasaan untuk membuka hutan tanpa pemikiran untuk penghijauan, kebiasaan ini menjadikan sungai sebagai pembuangan limbah manusia, merupakan budaya yang tidak pernah ramah terhadap lingkungan. Demi kepentingan masa depan desa untuk generasi yang akan datang harus ditumbuhkan budaya melestarikan alam.

Since ancient times the people who inhabit a village are accustomed to living with the natural environment, whether as a farmer or as a sailor. However, this need is limited to utilization only. Nature and its existing wealth with limited knowledge, natural use has not accompanied with the culture to preserve nature for the benefit of the future. The habit of clearing the forest without thinking for reforestation, this habit makes the river a waste of human waste, a culture that is never friendly to the environment. For the sake of the future of the village for generations to come should be grown culture of preserving nature.

Masyarakat desa harus disadarkan bahwa mereka adalah bagian dari alam, sehingga masyarakat desa tidak boleh memanfaatkan alam tanpa batas, apabila lingkungan alam rusak, maka manusia akan rusak kehidupannya.

Villagers must be made aware that they are part of nature, so that the village community can not use nature without borders, if the natural environment is damaged, then people will be damaged their lives.
