Pemutuan
atas suatu kajian fisik yang dalam hal ini dilakukan oleh Sekretaris Sub Politbiro
Perencanaan Konstruksi Jembatan, Biro Perencanaan, Pusat Pengembangan
Kebijakan dan Strategi MPRT
YMR (Majelis Pimpinan Rukun Tetangga Yayasan Mandailing Raya) menimbulkan
munculnya ahli, keahlian akan Konstruksi
Jembatan adalah praktek, praktek, dan praktek membangun jembatan, kita melalui
UM (Universitas Mandailing) melahirkan pakar konstruksi jembatan kualifikasi
dunia, misi kita memang menumpuk ahli konstruksi jembatan di Jurusan Teknik
Sipil, Fakultas Teknik Sipil dan Teknik Lingkungan UM (Universitas Mandailing),
namun demikian dalam hal ketersediaan (availaibility)
ahli konstruksi jembatan di Jurusan Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik Sipil dan
Teknik Lingkungan UM (Universitas Mandailing) yang ada saat ini, memang itu lah
kenyataannya, dengan demikian kita tetap mengoptimalkan ketersediaan (availaibility), misi kita tetap
mengoptimalkan potensi Jurusan Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik Sipil dan Teknik
Lingkungan UM (Universitas Mandailing).

experts, the bridge construction expertise is the practice, the practice, and
the practice of building bridges, we through MU (Mandailing University) gave

pernah membuat tema “Operasi Lapangan di Lahan Berat”, “Mengadakan yang Tiada
menjadi Ada”, “Bergerak Terus”, “Arus yang Tiada Terbendung”, dan “Menihilkan
Risiko”, semboyan dan asumsi ini adalah semangat yang bertumbuh yang saya
salurkan kepada Civitas Akademika UM (Universitas Mandailing), tulisan JBAR MGB
SM (Jurnal Bulanan Analisis Riset Mikron Gen Biologis Sepanjang Masa) seiring
praktikum Jurusan – Jurusan UM (Universitas Mandailing), seluruh upaya dan dan
konduksi diterapkan dalam UM (Universitas Mandailing), menyemangati simpulan –
simpulan yang lalu menjadi energi pada masa yang datang, UM (Universitas
Mandailing) bergerak dengan seluruh asa dan optimisme, Kepala Sub Politbiro Perencanaan Konstruksi Jembatan, Biro
Perencanaan, Pusat Pengembangan Kebijakan dan Strategi MPRT YMR (Majelis
Pimpinan Rukun Tetangga Yayasan Mandailing Raya) meneruskan ide – ide ilmiah
saya yang bermuatan semangat pada acuan standar yang ada, bahwa UM (Universitas
Mandailing) adalah realitas aktivasi tanpa henti akan keilmiahan yang

while practice in laboratory of the Departments of MU (Mandailing University),
all efforts and conduction are applied in MU (Mandailing University),
encouraging the past conclusions into energy in the future, MU (Mandailing

Foundation continouing my scientific idea on the existing standard of

UM
(Universitas Mandailing) menghindari fundamentalisme berpikir, primordialisme
berpikir, dan fanatisme berpikir, saya selalu menyebut tentang berpikir
menumbuhkan kedewasaan berpikir, arus tematik UM (Universitas Mandailing)
menyerap massivitas, soliditas, konsoliditas, komoditas, realitas, sinergitas,
dan menakar arah haluan massivitas. 1 (satu) individu yang terus berpikir
bertahun – tahun tentang sesuatu yang bermanfaat akan memberi faedah pada
dirinya juga lingkungan alam sekitar dan otomatis meloncat berpikir ke arah
masa depan 10 (sepuluh) generasi dan memengaruhi daratan penjuru dunia meninggalkan
sistem statis yang stagnan, pemikir yang dimaksudkan ini yaitu ilmuan, konon
lah UM (Universitas Mandailing) yang mewadahi ilmuan – ilmuan. Ilmuan dari
zaman kuno sampai zaman Y2K juga ke depan selalu diminta bergerak terus dan
menyebut berkoordinasilah, konsolidasilah, terjunlah ke bawah, dan banyak
harapan kepada ilmuan yang pemikir. Tetapi kalau dia ilmuan bergerak terus,
kapan dia berpikir, memangnya dia bola berpikir. Ilmuan berkoordinasi, tentang
apa ?, ilmuan dalam terminologi yang ada cenderung pada rekayasa material benda
mati menjadi berdaya seperti pengayaan uranium, kalau dia ilmuan berkoordinasi,
maka apa memang dia agen. Apa yang mau dikonsolidasikan, ilmuan mensolidkan
penelitiannnya, kemudian ilmuan diminta terjun ke bawah, secara organisatoris
memang perlu terjun ke bawah, tetapi apakah ilmuan organisatoris atau pemikir,
ilmuan adalah pemikir. Kepala Sub Politbiro

MU (Mandailing
University) avoids the fundamentalism of thinking, thinking primordialism, and
fanaticism of thinking, I always mention thinking growing maturity, thematic
flow of MU (Mandailing University) absorbing massivity, solidity, consolidity,
commodity, reality, synergy, and measuring the direction of massivity . 1 (one)

the direction of the future of 10 (ten) generations and influences the world's

it is said that MU (Mandailing University) which accommodate scientists.
Scientists from ancient times to Y2K times are also in the future always asked
to move on and call coordinate, consolidate, dive down, and a lot of hope to
scientists who thinkers. But if the scientist moves on, when he thinks, it's
the ball thinking. Scientists coordinate, about what ?, scientists in existing
terminology tend to engineering inanimate materials to be empowered like
uranium enrichment, if he is a scientist coordinates, then what is he an agent.
What to consolidate, scientists consolidate their research, then scientists are
asked to jump down, organically it is necessary to jump down, but whether

Sebagai
Pendiri UM (Universitas Mandailing) saya enjoy
saja mengasuh UM (Universitas Mandailing) baik dikala invetaris perbendaharaan
0 (nol) maupun dikala inventaris perbendaharaan yang kualifikasi dunia, dikala
saya sendiri maupun hiruk pikuk Civitas Akademika UM (Universitas Mandailing),
di masa – masa lalu, sekarang, dan ke depan, saya enjoy saja mengasuh UM (Universitas Mandailing), saya tidak
memiliki beban apa pun atas UM (Universitas Mandailing), UM (Universitas
Mandailing) bagiku adalah tempat pengabdian abadi bagi umat manusia di bidang
Pendidikan Tinggi dan Riset. Mana ada provokasi dalam dunia ilmiah, mana ada
persuasi radikal dalam dunia ilmiah, dan mana ada kualifikasi kuantitas
massivitas dalam dunia ilmiah justru sebaliknya kuantitas kualifikasi
massivitas. Seperti yang saya sebut sebelumnya saya mendidikasikan diri sebagai
pemangku jabatan di UM (Universitas Mandailing) yang sebanyak 10.000 (sepuluh
ribu) jabatan sebelum akhirinya terdelegasi regeneratif legal formil dijabat person
per person. Bagi yang belum faham UM
(Universitas Mandailing) nanti ‘ente’ atau ‘elo’ juga faham pada akhirnya.
As the founder of MU
(Mandailing University) I enjoy to take care of MU (Mandailing University) either
invited by treasury 0 (zero) or when inventory treasury that world
qualification, my own time and the hustle and bustle of Civitas Akademika of MU
(Mandailing University), last, now, and in the future, I enjoy taking care of MU
(Mandailing University), I do not have any burden on MU (Mandailing University),
MU (Mandailing University) for me is a place of eternal devotion to mankind in
the field of Higher Education and Research . Where there is provocation in the
scientific world, where there is a radical persuasion in the scientific world,
and where there is a quantity qualification of massivity in the scientific
world just the opposite qualities quantity of massivity. As I mentioned before,
I have dedicated myself as a stalwart in MU (Mandailing University) which as
many as 10,000 (ten thousand) positions before the end of delegated formal
