Terhadap
pengelolaan Reklamasi dan Pascatambang komoditas Mineral bukan logam atau
batuan untuk IUP yang menjadi kewenangan gubernur, gubernur dapat membuat
pengaturan teknis sesuai dengan karakteristik Pertambangan di daerah
masing-masing terkait:
1.
format penyusunan rencana Reklamasi dan rencana
Pascatambang;
2.
Format pelaporan pelaksanaan Reklamasi dan
pelaksanaan Pascatambang; dan
3.
Ketentuan bank penempatan Jaminan Reklamasi dan
Jaminan Pascatambang.

berkoordinasi dengan Direktur Jenderal.
Regarding the management of Reclamation and
Post-Mining for non-metallic or rock mineral commodities for Mining Business
Permits, which falls under the authority of the governor, the governor may make
technical arrangements in accordance with the characteristics of mining in
their respective regions regarding:
1. Formats for preparing Reclamation and
Post-Mining plans;
2. Formats for reporting on Reclamation and
Post-Mining implementation; and
3. Provisions for banks where Reclamation
and Post-Mining Guarantees are placed.
