سورة الأعراف
Surat Al
A'raf
Ayat 044
Verse 044
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَنَادٰٓى
اَصْحٰبُ الْجَنَّةِ اَصْحٰبَ النَّارِ اَنْ قَدْ وَجَدْنَا مَا وَعَدَنَا
رَبُّنَا حَقًّا فَهَلْ وَجَدْتُّمْ مَّا وَعَدَ رَبُّكُمْ حَقًّا ۗقَالُوْا
نَعَمْۚ فَاَذَّنَ مُؤَذِّنٌۢ بَيْنَهُمْ اَنْ لَّعْنَةُ اللّٰهِ عَلَى
الظّٰلِمِيْنَ
٤٤: الأعراف
“wa
nādā aṣ-ḥābul-jannati aṣ-ḥāban-nāri ang qad wajadnā mā wa'adanā rabbunā ḥaqqan
fa hal wajattum mā wa'ada rabbukum ḥaqqā, qālụ na'am, fa ażżana mu`ażżinum
bainahum al la'natullāhi 'alaẓ-ẓālimīn”
“Dan para penghuni
surga menyeru penghuni-penghuni neraka, “Sungguh, kami telah memperoleh apa
yang dijanjikan Tuhan kepada kami itu benar. Apakah kamu telah memperoleh apa
yang dijanjikan Tuhan kepadamu itu benar?” Mereka menjawab, “Benar.” Kemudian
penyeru (malaikat) mengumumkan di antara mereka, “Laknat Allah bagi orang-orang
zalim,,”
“And
the companions of Paradise will call out to the companions of the Fire,
"We have already found what our Lord promised us to be true. Have you
found what your Lord promised to be true?" They will say, "Yes."
Then an announcer will announce among them, "The curse of Allāh shall be
upon the wrongdoers,”
Ayat 045
Verse 045
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
اَلَّذِيْنَ
يَصُدُّوْنَ عَنْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ وَيَبْغُوْنَهَا عِوَجًاۚ وَهُمْ بِالْاٰخِرَةِ
كٰفِرُوْنَۘ
٤٥: الأعراف
“allażīna
yaṣuddụna 'an sabīlillāhi wa yabgụnahā 'iwajā, wa hum bil-ākhirati kāfirụn”
“(yaitu) orang-orang
yang menghalang-halangi (orang lain) dari jalan Allah dan ingin membelokkannya.
Mereka itulah yang mengingkari kehidupan akhirat.”,”
“Who
averted [people] from the way of Allāh and sought to make it [seem] deviant
while they were, concerning the Hereafter, disbelievers.",”
Ayat 046
Verse 046
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَبَيْنَهُمَا
حِجَابٌۚ وَعَلَى الْاَعْرَافِ رِجَالٌ يَّعْرِفُوْنَ كُلًّا ۢ بِسِيْمٰىهُمْۚ
وَنَادَوْا اَصْحٰبَ الْجَنَّةِ اَنْ سَلٰمٌ عَلَيْكُمْۗ لَمْ يَدْخُلُوْهَا
وَهُمْ يَطْمَعُوْنَ
٤٦: الأعراف
“wa
bainahumā ḥijāb, wa 'alal-a'rāfi rijāluy ya'rifụna kullam bisīmāhum, wa nādau
aṣ-ḥābal-jannati an salāmun 'alaikum, lam yadkhulụhā wa hum yaṭma'ụn”
“Dan di antara keduanya
(penghuni surga dan neraka) ada tabir dan di atas A‘raf (tempat yang tertinggi)
ada orang-orang yang saling mengenal, masing-masing dengan tanda-tandanya.
Mereka menyeru penghuni surga, “Salamun ‘alaikum” (salam sejahtera bagimu).
Mereka belum dapat masuk, tetapi mereka ingin segera (masuk).,”
“And
between them will be a partition [i.e., wall], and on [its] elevations are men
who recognize all by their mark. And they call out to the companions of
Paradise, "Peace be upon you." They have not [yet] entered it, but
they long intensely,”
Ayat 047
Verse 047
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَاِذَا
صُرِفَتْ اَبْصَارُهُمْ تِلْقَاۤءَ اَصْحٰبِ النَّارِۙ قَالُوْا رَبَّنَا لَا
تَجْعَلْنَا مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظّٰلِمِيْنَ
٤٧: الأعراف
“wa
iżā ṣurifat abṣāruhum tilqā`a aṣ-ḥābin-nāri qālụ rabbanā lā taj'alnā
ma'al-qaumiẓ-ẓālimīn”
“Dan apabila
pandangan mereka dialihkan ke arah penghuni neraka, mereka berkata, “Ya Tuhan
kami, janganlah Engkau tempatkan kami bersama-sama orang-orang zalim itu.”,”
“And
when their eyes are turned toward the companions of the Fire, they say,
"Our Lord, do not place us with the wrongdoing people.",”
Ayat 048
Verse 048
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ
الرَّحِيْم
وَنَادٰٓى
اَصْحٰبُ الْاَعْرَافِ رِجَالًا يَّعْرِفُوْنَهُمْ بِسِيْمٰىهُمْ قَالُوْا مَآ
اَغْنٰى عَنْكُمْ جَمْعُكُمْ وَمَا كُنْتُمْ تَسْتَكْبِرُوْنَ
٤٨: الأعراف
“wa
nādā aṣ-ḥābul-a'rāfi rijālay ya'rifụnahum bisīmāhum qālụ mā agnā 'angkum
jam'ukum wa mā kuntum tastakbirụn”
“Dan orang-orang di
atas A‘raf (tempat yang tertinggi) menyeru orang-orang yang mereka kenal dengan
tanda-tandanya sambil berkata, “Harta yang kamu kumpulkan dan apa yang kamu
sombongkan, (ternyata) tidak ada manfaatnya buat kamu.,”
“And
the companions of the Elevations will call to men [within Hell] whom they
recognize by their mark, saying, "Of no avail to you was your gathering
and [the fact] that you were arrogant.",”
Ayat 049
Verse 049
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
اَهٰٓؤُلَاۤءِ
الَّذِيْنَ اَقْسَمْتُمْ لَا يَنَالُهُمُ اللّٰهُ بِرَحْمَةٍۗ اُدْخُلُوا
الْجَنَّةَ لَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْكُمْ وَلَآ اَنْتُمْ تَحْزَنُوْنَ
٤٩: الأعراف
“a
hā`ulā`illażīna aqsamtum lā yanaluhumullāhu biraḥmah, udkhulul-jannata lā
khaufun 'alaikum wa lā antum taḥzanụn”
“Itukah orang-orang
yang kamu telah bersumpah, bahwa mereka tidak akan mendapat rahmat Allah?”
(Allah berfirman), “Masuklah kamu ke dalam surga! Tidak ada rasa takut padamu
dan kamu tidak pula akan bersedih hati.”,”
“ [Allāh
will say], "Are these the ones whom you [inhabitants of Hell] swore that
Allāh would never offer them mercy? Enter Paradise, [O people of the
Elevations]. No fear will there be concerning you, nor will you grieve.",”
Ayat 050
Verse 050
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَنَادٰٓى
اَصْحٰبُ النَّارِ اَصْحٰبَ الْجَنَّةِ اَنْ اَفِيْضُوْا عَلَيْنَا مِنَ الْمَاۤءِ
اَوْ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللّٰهُ ۗقَالُوْٓا اِنَّ اللّٰهَ حَرَّمَهُمَا عَلَى
الْكٰفِرِيْنَۙ
٥٠: الأعراف
“wa
nādā aṣ-ḥābun-nāri aṣ-ḥābal-jannati an afīḍụ 'alainā minal-mā`i au mimmā
razaqakumullāh, qālū innallāha ḥarramahumā 'alal-kāfirīn”
“Para penghuni neraka
menyeru para penghuni surga, “Tuangkanlah (sedikit) air kepada kami atau rezeki
apa saja yang telah dikaruniakan Allah kepadamu.” Mereka menjawab, “Sungguh,
Allah telah mengharamkan keduanya bagi orang-orang kafir,”,”
“And
the companions of the Fire will call to the companions of Paradise, "Pour
upon us some water or from whatever Allāh has provided you." They will
say, "Indeed, Allāh has forbidden them both to the disbelievers,”
Ayat 051
Verse 051
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
الَّذِيْنَ
اتَّخَذُوْا دِيْنَهُمْ لَهْوًا وَّلَعِبًا وَّغَرَّتْهُمُ الْحَيٰوةُ الدُّنْيَاۚ
فَالْيَوْمَ نَنْسٰىهُمْ كَمَا نَسُوْا لِقَاۤءَ يَوْمِهِمْ هٰذَاۙ وَمَا كَانُوْا
بِاٰيٰتِنَا يَجْحَدُوْنَ
٥١: الأعراف
“allażīnattakhażụ
dīnahum lahwaw wa la'ibaw wa garrat-humul-ḥayātud-dun-yā, fal-yauma nansāhum
kamā nasụ liqā`a yaumihim hāżā wa mā kānụ bi`āyātinā yaj-ḥadụn”
“(yaitu) orang-orang
yang menjadikan agamanya sebagai permainan dan senda gurau, dan mereka telah
tertipu oleh kehidupan dunia. Maka pada hari ini (Kiamat), Kami melupakan
mereka sebagaimana mereka dahulu melupakan pertemuan hari ini, dan karena
mereka mengingkari ayat-ayat Kami.,”
“Who
took their religion as distraction and amusement and whom the worldly life
deluded." So today We will forget them just as they forgot the meeting of
this Day of theirs and for having rejected Our verses.,”
Ayat 052
Verse 052
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَلَقَدْ
جِئْنٰهُمْ بِكِتٰبٍ فَصَّلْنٰهُ عَلٰى عِلْمٍ هُدًى وَّرَحْمَةً لِّقَوْمٍ
يُّؤْمِنُوْنَ
٥٢: الأعراف
“wa
laqad ji`nāhum bikitābin faṣṣalnāhu 'alā 'ilmin hudaw wa raḥmatal liqaumiy
yu`minụn”
“Sungguh, Kami telah
mendatangkan Kitab (Al-Qur'an) kepada mereka, yang Kami jelaskan atas dasar
pengetahuan, sebagai petunjuk dan rahmat bagi orang-orang yang beriman.,”
“And
We had certainly brought them a Book which We detailed by knowledge - as
guidance and mercy to a people who believe.,”

Surat Al
A'raf
Ayat 053
Verse 053
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
هَلْ يَنْظُرُوْنَ
اِلَّا تَأْوِيْلَهٗۗ يَوْمَ يَأْتِيْ تَأْوِيْلُهٗ يَقُوْلُ الَّذِيْنَ نَسُوْهُ
مِنْ قَبْلُ قَدْ جَاۤءَتْ رُسُلُ رَبِّنَا بِالْحَقِّۚ فَهَلْ لَّنَا مِنْ
شُفَعَاۤءَ فَيَشْفَعُوْا لَنَآ اَوْ نُرَدُّ فَنَعْمَلَ غَيْرَ الَّذِيْ كُنَّا
نَعْمَلُۗ قَدْ خَسِرُوْٓا اَنْفُسَهُمْ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُمْ مَّا كَانُوْا
يَفْتَرُوْنَ
٥٣: الأعراف
“hal
yanẓurụna illā ta`wīlah, yauma ya`tī ta`wīluhụ yaqụlullażīna nasụhu ming qablu
qad jā`at rusulu rabbinā bil-ḥaqq, fa hal lanā min syufa'ā`a fa yasyfa'ụ lanā
au nuraddu fa na'mala gairallażī kunnā na'mal, qad khasirū anfusahum wa ḍalla
'an-hum mā kānụ yaftarụn”
“Tidakkah mereka
hanya menanti-nanti bukti kebenaran (Al-Qur'an) itu. Pada hari bukti kebenaran
itu tiba, orang-orang yang sebelum itu mengabaikannya berkata, “Sungguh,
rasul-rasul Tuhan kami telah datang membawa kebenaran. Maka adakah pemberi
syafaat bagi kami yang akan memberikan pertolongan kepada kami atau agar kami
dikembalikan (ke dunia) sehingga kami akan beramal tidak seperti perbuatan yang
pernah kami lakukan dahulu?” Mereka sebenarnya telah merugikan dirinya sendiri
dan apa yang mereka ada-adakan dahulu telah hilang lenyap dari mereka.,”
“Do
they await except its result? The Day its result comes, those who had ignored
it before will say, "The messengers of our Lord had come with the truth,
so are there [now] any intercessors to intercede for us or could we be sent
back to do other than what we used to do?" They will have lost themselves,
and lost from them is what they used to invent.,”
Ayat 054
Verse 054
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
اِنَّ
رَبَّكُمُ اللّٰهُ الَّذِيْ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَ فِيْ سِتَّةِ اَيَّامٍ
ثُمَّ اسْتَوٰى عَلَى الْعَرْشِۗ يُغْشِى الَّيْلَ النَّهَارَ يَطْلُبُهٗ حَثِيْثًاۙ
وَّالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ وَالنُّجُوْمَ مُسَخَّرٰتٍۢ بِاَمْرِهٖٓ ۙاَلَا لَهُ
الْخَلْقُ وَالْاَمْرُۗ تَبٰرَكَ اللّٰهُ رَبُّ الْعٰلَمِيْنَ
٥٤: الأعراف
“inna
rabbakumullāhullażī khalaqas-samāwāti wal-arḍa fī sittati ayyāmin ṡummastawā
'alal-'arsy, yugsyil-lailan-nahāra yaṭlubuhụ ḥaṡīṡaw wasy-syamsa wal-qamara
wan-nujụma musakhkharātim bi`amrihī alā lahul-khalqu wal-amr, tabārakallāhu
rabbul-'ālamīn”
“Sungguh, Tuhanmu
(adalah) Allah yang menciptakan langit dan bumi dalam enam masa, lalu Dia
bersemayam di atas ‘Arsy. Dia menutupkan malam kepada siang yang mengikutinya
dengan cepat. (Dia ciptakan) matahari, bulan dan bintang-bintang tunduk kepada
perintah-Nya. Ingatlah! Segala penciptaan dan urusan menjadi hak-Nya. Mahasuci
Allah, Tuhan seluruh alam.,”
“Indeed,
your Lord is Allāh, who created the heavens and earth in six days and then
established Himself above the Throne. He covers the night with the day,
[another night] chasing it rapidly; and [He created] the sun, the moon, and the
stars, subjected by His command. Unquestionably, His is the creation and the
command; blessed is Allāh, Lord of the worlds.,”
Ayat 055
Verse 055
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
اُدْعُوْا
رَبَّكُمْ تَضَرُّعًا وَّخُفْيَةً ۗاِنَّهٗ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُعْتَدِيْنَۚ
٥٥: الأعراف
“ud'ụ
rabbakum taḍarru'aw wa khufyah, innahụ lā yuḥibbul-mu'tadīn”
“Berdoalah kepada
Tuhanmu dengan rendah hati dan suara yang lembut. Sungguh, Dia tidak menyukai
orang-orang yang melampaui batas.,”
“Call
upon your Lord in humility and privately; indeed, He does not like
transgressors.,”
Ayat 056
Verse 056
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَلَا
تُفْسِدُوْا فِى الْاَرْضِ بَعْدَ اِصْلَاحِهَا وَادْعُوْهُ خَوْفًا وَّطَمَعًاۗ
اِنَّ رَحْمَتَ اللّٰهِ قَرِيْبٌ مِّنَ الْمُحْسِنِيْنَ
٥٦: الأعراف
“wa
lā tufsidụ fil-arḍi ba'da iṣlāḥihā wad'ụhu khaufaw wa ṭama'ā, inna raḥmatallāhi
qarībum minal-muḥsinīn”
“Dan janganlah kamu
berbuat kerusakan di bumi setelah (diciptakan) dengan baik. Berdoalah
kepada-Nya dengan rasa takut dan penuh harap. Sesungguhnya rahmat Allah sangat
dekat kepada orang yang berbuat kebaikan.,”
“And
cause not corruption upon the earth after its reformation. And invoke Him in
fear and aspiration. Indeed, the mercy of Allāh is near to the doers of good.,”
Ayat 057
Verse 057
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَهُوَ
الَّذِيْ يُرْسِلُ الرِّيٰحَ بُشْرًاۢ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهٖۗ حَتّٰٓى اِذَآ
اَقَلَّتْ سَحَابًا ثِقَالًا سُقْنٰهُ لِبَلَدٍ مَّيِّتٍ فَاَنْزَلْنَا بِهِ
الْمَاۤءَ فَاَخْرَجْنَا بِهٖ مِنْ كُلِّ الثَّمَرٰتِۗ كَذٰلِكَ نُخْرِجُ
الْمَوْتٰى لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُوْنَ
٥٧: الأعراف
“wa
huwallażī yursilur-riyāḥa busyram baina yadai raḥmatih, ḥattā iżā aqallat saḥāban
ṡiqālan suqnāhu libaladim mayyitin fa anzalnā bihil-mā`a fa akhrajnā bihī ming
kulliṡ-ṡamarāt, każālika nukhrijul-mautā la'allakum tażakkarụn”
“Dialah yang
meniupkan angin sebagai pembawa kabar gembira, mendahului kedatangan rahmat-Nya
(hujan), sehingga apabila angin itu membawa awan mendung, Kami halau ke suatu
daerah yang tandus, lalu Kami turunkan hujan di daerah itu. Kemudian Kami
tumbuhkan dengan hujan itu berbagai macam buah-buahan. Seperti itulah Kami
membangkitkan orang yang telah mati, mudah-mudahan kamu mengambil pelajaran.,”
“And
it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy [i.e., rainfall]
until, when they have carried heavy rainclouds, We drive them to a dead land
and We send down rain therein and bring forth thereby [some] of all the fruits.
Thus will We bring forth the dead; perhaps you may be reminded.,”
Ayat 058
Verse 058
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَالْبَلَدُ
الطَّيِّبُ يَخْرُجُ نَبَاتُهٗ بِاِذْنِ رَبِّهٖۚ وَالَّذِيْ خَبُثَ لَا يَخْرُجُ
اِلَّا نَكِدًاۗ كَذٰلِكَ نُصَرِّفُ الْاٰيٰتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَّشْكُرُوْنَ
٥٨: الأعراف
“wal-baladuṭ-ṭayyibu
yakhruju nabātuhụ bi`iżni rabbih, wallażī khabuṡa lā yakhruju illā nakidā,
każālika nuṣarriful-āyāti liqaumiy yasykurụn”
“Dan tanah yang baik,
tanaman-tanamannya tumbuh subur dengan izin Tuhan; dan tanah yang buruk,
tanaman-tanamannya yang tumbuh merana. Demikianlah Kami menjelaskan
berulang-ulang tanda-tanda (kebesaran Kami) bagi orang-orang yang bersyukur.,”
“And
the good land - its vegetation emerges by permission of its Lord; but that
which is bad - nothing emerges except sparsely, with difficulty. Thus do We
diversify the signs for a people who are grateful.,”
Ayat 059
Verse 059
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
لَقَدْ
اَرْسَلْنَا نُوْحًا اِلٰى قَوْمِهٖ فَقَالَ يٰقَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللّٰهَ مَا
لَكُمْ مِّنْ اِلٰهٍ غَيْرُهٗۗ اِنِّيْٓ اَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ
عَظِيْمٍ
٥٩: الأعراف
“laqad
arsalnā nụḥan ilā qaumihī fa qāla yā qaumi'budullāha mā lakum min ilāhin
gairuh, innī akhāfu 'alaikum 'ażāba yaumin 'aẓīm”
“Sungguh, Kami
benar-benar telah mengutus Nuh kepada kaumnya, lalu dia berkata, “Wahai kaumku!
Sembahlah Allah! Tidak ada tuhan (sembahan) bagimu selain Dia. Sesungguhnya aku
takut kamu akan ditimpa azab pada hari yang dahsyat (kiamat).,”
“We
had certainly sent Noah to his people, and he said, "O my people, worship
Allāh; you have no deity other than Him. Indeed, I fear for you the punishment
of a tremendous Day.",”
Ayat 060
Verse 060
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
قَالَ
الْمَلَاُ مِنْ قَوْمِهٖٓ اِنَّا لَنَرٰىكَ فِيْ ضَلٰلٍ مُّبِيْنٍ
٦٠: الأعراف
“qālal-mala`u
ming qaumihī innā lanarāka fī ḍalālim mubīn”
“Pemuka-pemuka
kaumnya berkata, “Sesungguhnya kami memandang kamu benar-benar berada dalam
kesesatan yang nyata.”,”
“Said
the eminent among his people, "Indeed, we see you in clear error.",”
Ayat 061
Verse 061
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
قَالَ
يٰقَوْمِ لَيْسَ بِيْ ضَلٰلَةٌ وَّلٰكِنِّيْ رَسُوْلٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّ الْعٰلَمِيْنَ
٦١: الأعراف
“qāla
yā qaumi laisa bī ḍalālatuw wa lākinnī rasụlum mir rabbil-'ālamīn”
“Dia (Nuh) menjawab,
“Wahai kaumku! Aku tidak sesat; tetapi aku ini seorang Rasul dari Tuhan seluruh
alam.,”
“ [Noah]
said, "O my people, there is not error in me, but I am a messenger from
the Lord of the worlds.,”

الأعراف
Surat Al
A'raf
Ayat 062
Verse 062
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
اُبَلِّغُكُمْ
رِسٰلٰتِ رَبِّيْ وَاَنْصَحُ لَكُمْ وَاَعْلَمُ مِنَ اللّٰهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُوْنَ
٦٢: الأعراف
“uballigukum
risālāti rabbī wa anṣaḥu lakum wa a'lamu minallāhi mā lā ta'lamụn”
“Aku menyampaikan
kepadamu amanat Tuhanku, memberi nasihat kepadamu, dan aku mengetahui dari
Allah apa yang tidak kamu ketahui.”,”
“I
convey to you the messages of my Lord and advise you; and I know from Allāh
what you do not know.,”
Ayat 063
Verse 063
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
اَوَعَجِبْتُمْ
اَنْ جَاۤءَكُمْ ذِكْرٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّكُمْ عَلٰى رَجُلٍ مِّنْكُمْ لِيُنْذِرَكُمْ
وَلِتَتَّقُوْا وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُوْنَ
٦٣: الأعراف
“a
wa 'ajibtum an jā`akum żikrum mir rabbikum 'alā rajulim mingkum liyunżirakum wa
litattaqụ wa la'allakum tur-ḥamụn”
“Dan herankah kamu
bahwa ada peringatan yang datang dari Tuhanmu melalui seorang laki-laki dari
kalanganmu sendiri, untuk memberi peringatan kepadamu dan agar kamu bertakwa,
sehingga kamu mendapat rahmat?,”
“Then
do you wonder that there has come to you a reminder from your Lord through a
man from among you, that he may warn you and that you may fear Allāh so you
might receive mercy?",”
Ayat 064
Verse 064
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
فَكَذَّبُوْهُ
فَاَنْجَيْنٰهُ وَالَّذِيْنَ مَعَهٗ فِى الْفُلْكِ وَاَغْرَقْنَا الَّذِيْنَ
كَذَّبُوْا بِاٰيٰتِنَاۗ اِنَّهُمْ كَانُوْا قَوْمًا عَمِيْنَ
٦٤: الأعراف
“fa
każżabụhu fa anjaināhu wallażīna ma'ahụ fil-fulki wa agraqnallażīna każżabụ
bi`āyātinā, innahum kānụ qauman 'amīn”
“Maka mereka
mendustakannya (Nuh). Lalu Kami selamatkan dia dan orang-orang yang bersamanya
di dalam kapal. Kami tenggelamkan orang-orang yang mendustakan ayat-ayat Kami.
Sesungguhnya mereka adalah kaum yang buta (mata hatinya).,”
“But
they denied him, so We saved him and those who were with him in the ship. And
We drowned those who denied Our signs. Indeed, they were a blind people.,”
Ayat 065
Verse 065
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَاِلٰى عَادٍ
اَخَاهُمْ هُوْدًاۗ قَالَ يٰقَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللّٰهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِّنْ اِلٰهٍ
غَيْرُهٗۗ اَفَلَا تَتَّقُوْنَ
٦٥: الأعراف
“wa
ilā 'ādin akhāhum hụdā, qāla yā qaumi'budullāha mā lakum min ilāhin gairuh, a
fa lā tattaqụn”
“Dan kepada kaum ‘Ad
(Kami utus) Hud, saudara mereka. Dia berkata, “Wahai kaumku! Sembahlah Allah!
Tidak ada tuhan (sembahan) bagimu selain Dia. Maka mengapa kamu tidak
bertakwa?”,”
“And
to the ʿAad [We sent] their brother Hūd. He said, "O my people, worship
Allāh; you have no deity other than Him. Then will you not fear Him?",”
Ayat 066
Verse 066
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
قَالَ
الْمَلَاُ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا مِنْ قَوْمِهٖٓ اِنَّا لَنَرٰىكَ فِيْ سَفَاهَةٍ وَّاِنَّا
لَنَظُنُّكَ مِنَ الْكٰذِبِيْنَ
٦٦: الأعراف
“qālal-mala`ullażīna
kafarụ ming qaumihī innā lanarāka fī safāhatiw wa innā lanaẓunnuka
minal-kāżibīn”
“Pemuka-pemuka
orang-orang yang kafir dari kaumnya berkata, “Sesungguhnya kami memandang kamu benar-benar
kurang waras dan kami kira kamu termasuk orang-orang yang berdusta.”,”
“Said
the eminent ones who disbelieved among his people, "Indeed, we see you in
foolishness, and indeed, we think you are of the liars.",”
Ayat 067
Verse 067
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
قَالَ
يٰقَوْمِ لَيْسَ بِيْ سَفَاهَةٌ وَّلٰكِنِّيْ رَسُوْلٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّ الْعٰلَمِيْنَ
٦٧: الأعراف
“qāla
yā qaumi laisa bī safāhatuw wa lākinnī rasụlum mir rabbil-'ālamīn”
“Dia (Hud) menjawab,
“Wahai kaumku! Bukan aku kurang waras, tetapi aku ini adalah Rasul dari Tuhan
seluruh alam.,”
“[Hūd]
said, "O my people, there is not foolishness in me, but I am a messenger
from the Lord of the worlds.,”
Ayat 068
Verse 068
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
اُبَلِّغُكُمْ
رِسٰلٰتِ رَبِّيْ وَاَنَا۠ لَكُمْ نَاصِحٌ اَمِيْنٌ
٦٨: الأعراف
“uballigukum
risālāti rabbī wa ana lakum nāṣiḥun amīn”
“Aku menyampaikan
kepadamu amanat Tuhanku dan pemberi nasihat yang terpercaya kepada kamu.,”
“I
convey to you the messages of my Lord, and I am to you a trustworthy adviser.,”
Ayat 069
Verse 069
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
اَوَعَجِبْتُمْ
اَنْ جَاۤءَكُمْ ذِكْرٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّكُمْ عَلٰى رَجُلٍ مِّنْكُمْ لِيُنْذِرَكُمْۗ
وَاذْكُرُوْٓا اِذْ جَعَلَكُمْ خُلَفَاۤءَ مِنْۢ بَعْدِ قَوْمِ نُوْحٍ
وَّزَادَكُمْ فِى الْخَلْقِ بَصْۣطَةً ۚفَاذْكُرُوْٓا اٰلَاۤءَ اللّٰهِ
لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُوْنَ
٦٩: الأعراف
“a
wa 'ajibtum an jā`akum żikrum mir rabbikum 'alā rajulim mingkum liyunżirakum,
ważkurū iż ja'alakum khulafā`a mim ba'di qaumi nụḥiw wa zādakum fil-khalqi
baṣṭah, fażkurū ālā`allāhi la'allakum tufliḥụn”
“Dan herankah kamu
bahwa ada peringatan yang datang dari Tuhanmu melalui seorang laki-laki dari
kalanganmu sendiri, untuk memberi peringatan kepadamu? Ingatlah ketika Dia
menjadikan kamu sebagai khalifah-khalifah setelah kaum Nuh, dan Dia lebihkan
kamu dalam kekuatan tubuh dan perawakan. Maka ingatlah akan nikmat-nikmat Allah
agar kamu beruntung. ”,”
“Then
do you wonder that there has come to you a reminder from your Lord through a
man from among you, that he may warn you? And remember when He made you
successors after the people of Noah and increased you in stature extensively.
So remember the favors of Allāh that you might succeed.",”
Ayat 070
Verse 070
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
قَالُوْٓا
اَجِئْتَنَا لِنَعْبُدَ اللّٰهَ وَحْدَهٗ وَنَذَرَ مَا كَانَ يَعْبُدُ اٰبَاۤؤُنَاۚ
فَأْتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَآ اِنْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الصّٰدِقِيْنَ
٧٠: الأعراف
“qālū
a ji`tanā lina'budallāha waḥdahụ wa nażara mā kāna ya'budu ābā`unā, fa`tinā
bimā ta'idunā ing kunta minaṣ-ṣādiqīn”
“Mereka berkata,
“Apakah kedatanganmu kepada kami, agar kami hanya menyembah Allah saja dan
meninggalkan apa yang biasa disembah oleh nenek moyang kami? Maka buktikanlah
ancamanmu kepada kami, jika kamu benar!”,”
“They
said, "Have you come to us that we should worship Allāh alone and leave
what our fathers have worshipped? Then bring us what you promise us, if you
should be of the truthful.",”

A'raf
Ayat 071
Verse 071
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
قَالَ قَدْ
وَقَعَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِّنْ رَّبِّكُمْ رِجْسٌ وَّغَضَبٌۗ اَتُجَادِلُوْنَنِيْ فِيْٓ
اَسْمَاۤءٍ سَمَّيْتُمُوْهَآ اَنْتُمْ وَاٰبَاۤؤُكُمْ مَّا نَزَّلَ اللّٰهُ بِهَا
مِنْ سُلْطٰنٍۗ فَانْتَظِرُوْٓا اِنِّيْ مَعَكُمْ مِّنَ الْمُنْتَظِرِيْنَ
٧١: الأعراف
“qāla
qad waqa'a 'alaikum mir rabbikum rijsuw wa gaḍab, a tujādilụnanī fī asmā`in
sammaitumụhā antum wa ābā`ukum mā nazzalallāhu bihā min sulṭān, fantaẓirū innī
ma'akum minal-muntaẓirīn”
“Dia (Hud) menjawab,
“Sungguh, kebencian dan kemurkaan dari Tuhan akan menimpa kamu. Apakah kamu
hendak berbantah denganku tentang nama-nama (berhala) yang kamu dan nenek
moyangmu buat sendiri, padahal Allah tidak menurunkan keterangan untuk itu?
Jika demikian, tunggulah! Sesungguhnya aku pun bersamamu termasuk yang
menunggu.”,”
“[Hūd]
said, "Already have defilement and anger fallen upon you from your Lord.
Do you dispute with me concerning [mere] names you have named them, you and
your fathers, for which Allāh has not sent down any authority? Then wait;
indeed, I am with you among those who wait.",”
Ayat 072
Verse 072
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
فَاَنْجَيْنٰهُ
وَالَّذِيْنَ مَعَهٗ بِرَحْمَةٍ مِّنَّا وَقَطَعْنَا دَابِرَ الَّذِيْنَ
كَذَّبُوْا بِاٰيٰتِنَا وَمَا كَانُوْا مُؤْمِنِيْنَ
٧٢: الأعراف
“fa
anjaināhu wallażīna ma'ahụ biraḥmatim minnā wa qaṭa'nā dābirallażīna każżabụ
bi`āyātinā wa mā kānụ mu`minīn”
“Maka Kami selamatkan
dia (Hud) dan orang-orang yang bersamanya dengan rahmat Kami dan Kami musnahkan
sampai ke akar-akarnya orang-orang yang mendustakan ayat-ayat Kami. Mereka

Ayat 073
Verse 073
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَاِلٰى
ثَمُوْدَ اَخَاهُمْ صٰلِحًاۘ قَالَ يٰقَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللّٰهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِّنْ
اِلٰهٍ غَيْرُهٗۗ قَدْ جَاۤءَتْكُمْ بَيِّنَةٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّكُمْۗ هٰذِهٖ نَاقَةُ
اللّٰهِ لَكُمْ اٰيَةً فَذَرُوْهَا تَأْكُلْ فِيْٓ اَرْضِ اللّٰهِ وَلَا
تَمَسُّوْهَا بِسُوْۤءٍ فَيَأْخُذَكُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِيْمٌ
٧٣: الأعراف
“wa
ilā ṡamụda akhāhum ṣāliḥā, qāla yā qaumi'budullāha mā lakum min ilāhin gairuh,
qad jā`atkum bayyinatum mir rabbikum, hāżihī nāqatullāhi lakum āyatan fa żarụhā
ta`kul fī arḍillāhi wa lā tamassụhā bisū`in fa ya`khużakum 'ażābun alīm”
“Dan kepada kaum
Samud (Kami utus) saudara mereka Saleh. Dia berkata, “Wahai kaumku! Sembahlah
Allah! Tidak ada tuhan (sembahan) bagimu selain Dia. Sesungguhnya telah datang
kepadamu bukti yang nyata dari Tuhanmu. Ini (seekor) unta betina dari Allah
sebagai tanda untukmu. Biarkanlah ia makan di bumi Allah, janganlah disakiti,
nanti akibatnya kamu akan mendapatkan siksaan yang pedih.”,”
“And
to the Thamūd [We sent] their brother Ṣāliḥ. He said, "O my people,
worship Allāh; you have no deity other than Him. There has come to you clear
evidence from your Lord. This is the she-camel of Allāh [sent] to you as a
sign. So leave her to eat within Allāh's land and do not touch her with harm,
lest there seize you a painful punishment.,”
Ayat 074
Verse 074
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَاذْكُرُوْٓا
اِذْ جَعَلَكُمْ خُلَفَاۤءَ مِنْۢ بَعْدِ عَادٍ وَّبَوَّاَكُمْ فِى الْاَرْضِ
تَتَّخِذُوْنَ مِنْ سُهُوْلِهَا قُصُوْرًا وَّتَنْحِتُوْنَ الْجِبَالَ بُيُوْتًا
ۚفَاذْكُرُوْٓا اٰلَاۤءَ اللّٰهِ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا فِى الْاَرْضِ مُفْسِدِيْنَ
٧٤: الأعراف
“ważkurū
iż ja'alakum khulafā`a mim ba'di 'ādiw wa bawwa`akum fil-arḍi tattakhiżụna min
suhụlihā quṣụraw wa tan-ḥitụnal-jibāla buyụtā, fażkurū ālā`allāhi wa lā ta'ṡau
fil-arḍi mufsidīn”
“Dan ingatlah ketika
Dia menjadikan kamu khalifah-khalifah setelah kaum ‘Ad dan menempatkan kamu di
bumi. Di tempat yang datar kamu dirikan istana-istana dan di bukit-bukit kamu
pahat menjadi rumah-rumah. Maka ingatlah nikmat-nikmat Allah dan janganlah kamu
membuat kerusakan di bumi.,”
“And
remember when He made you successors after the ʿAad and settled you in the
land, [and] you take for yourselves palaces from its plains and carve from the
mountains, homes. Then remember the favors of Allāh and do not commit abuse on
the earth, spreading corruption.",”
Ayat 075
Verse 075
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
قَالَ
الْمَلَاُ الَّذِيْنَ اسْتَكْبَرُوْا مِنْ قَوْمِهٖ لِلَّذِيْنَ اسْتُضْعِفُوْا
لِمَنْ اٰمَنَ مِنْهُمْ اَتَعْلَمُوْنَ اَنَّ صٰلِحًا مُّرْسَلٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّهٖۗ
قَالُوْٓا اِنَّا بِمَآ اُرْسِلَ بِهٖ مُؤْمِنُوْنَ
٧٥: الأعراف
“qālal-mala`ullażīnastakbarụ
ming qaumihī lillażīnastuḍ'ifụ liman āmana min-hum a ta'lamụna anna ṣāliḥam
mursalum mir rabbih, qālū innā bimā ursila bihī mu`minụn”
“Pemuka-pemuka yang
menyombongkan diri berkata kepada orang-orang yang dianggap lemah, yaitu
orang-orang yang telah beriman di antara kaumnya, “Tahukah kamu bahwa Saleh
adalah seorang rasul dari Tuhannya?” Mereka menjawab, “Sesungguhnya kami percaya
kepada apa yang disampaikannya.”,”
“Said
the eminent ones who were arrogant among his people to those who were oppressed
- to those who believed among them, "Do you [actually] know that Ṣāliḥ is
sent from his Lord?" They said, "Indeed we, in that with which he was
sent, are believers.",”
Ayat 076
Verse 076
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
قَالَ
الَّذِيْنَ اسْتَكْبَرُوْٓا اِنَّا بِالَّذِيْٓ اٰمَنْتُمْ بِهٖ كٰفِرُوْنَ
٧٦: الأعراف
“qālallażīnastakbarū
innā billażī āmantum bihī kāfirụn”
“Orang-orang yang
menyombongkan diri berkata, “Sesungguhnya kami mengingkari apa yang kamu
percayai.”,”
“Said
those who were arrogant, "Indeed we, in that which you have believed, are
disbelievers.",”
Ayat 077
Verse 077
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
فَعَقَرُوا
النَّاقَةَ وَعَتَوْا عَنْ اَمْرِ رَبِّهِمْ وَقَالُوْا يٰصٰلِحُ ائْتِنَا بِمَا
تَعِدُنَآ اِنْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الْمُرْسَلِيْنَ
٧٧: الأعراف
“fa
'aqarun-nāqata wa 'atau 'an amri rabbihim wa qālụ yā ṣāliḥu`tinā bimā ta'idunā
ing kunta minal-mursalīn”
“Kemudian mereka
sembelih unta betina itu, dan berlaku angkuh terhadap perintah Tuhannya. Mereka
berkata, “Wahai Saleh! Buktikanlah ancaman kamu kepada kami, jika benar engkau
salah seorang rasul.”,”
“So
they hamstrung the she-camel and were insolent toward the command of their Lord
and said, "O Ṣāliḥ, bring us what you promise us, if you should be of the
messengers.",”
Ayat 078
Verse 078
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
فَاَخَذَتْهُمُ
الرَّجْفَةُ فَاَصْبَحُوْا فِيْ دَارِهِمْ جٰثِمِيْنَ
٧٨: الأعراف
“fa
akhażat-humur-rajfatu fa aṣbaḥụ fī dārihim jāṡimīn”
“Lalu datanglah gempa
menimpa mereka, dan mereka pun mati bergelimpangan di dalam reruntuhan rumah
mereka.,”
“So
the earthquake seized them, and they became within their home [corpses] fallen
prone.,”
Ayat 079
Verse 079
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
فَتَوَلّٰى
عَنْهُمْ وَقَالَ يٰقَوْمِ لَقَدْ اَبْلَغْتُكُمْ رِسَالَةَ رَبِّيْ وَنَصَحْتُ
لَكُمْ وَلٰكِنْ لَّا تُحِبُّوْنَ النّٰصِحِيْنَ
٧٩: الأعراف
“fa
tawallā 'an-hum wa qāla yā qaumi laqad ablagtukum risālata rabbī wa naṣaḥtu
lakum wa lākil lā tuḥibbụnan-nāṣiḥīn”
“Kemudian dia (Saleh)
pergi meninggalkan mereka sambil berkata, “Wahai kaumku! Sungguh, aku telah
menyampaikan amanat Tuhanku kepadamu dan aku telah menasihati kamu. Tetapi kamu
tidak menyukai orang yang memberi nasihat.”,”
“And
he [i.e., Ṣāliḥ] turned away from them and said, "O my people, I had
certainly conveyed to you the message of my Lord and advised you, but you do
not like advisors.",”

atas tetapan Formasi UM (Universitas Mandailing) adalah dengan menetapkan
Jadwal KUM S3 MET (Kuliah Umum Sabtu Sore Sepanjang Masa Electronic
Teleconference) sejauh rentangan yang bisa saya capai dengan penjadwalan
tetapan dalam makna kader-kader civitas akademika UM (Universitas Mandailing) untuk
mendalilkan Penjadwalan KUM S3 MET (Kuliah Umum Sabtu Sore Sepanjang Masa
Electronic Teleconference) yang saya buat menjadi Kuliah Reguler UM
(Universitas Mandailing).
The initial
simulation on the determination of the Formation of MU (Mandailing University)
is to determine the Schedule of The Public Lecture of Afternoon Saturday of All
Time with Electronic Teleconference as far as the range I can achieve by
scheduling the set in the meaning of the cadres of academic community of MU (Mandailing
University) to postulate the Schedule of The Public Lecture of Afternoon Saturday
of All Time with Electronic Teleconference that I made became The Regular
Lecture of MU (Mandailing University).

Mandailing) kita jadikan sebagai medium kebebasan mimbar akademis dengan
inovasi-inovasi pemikiran yang konstruktif dengan menghilangkan unsur politis
di dalamnya.

scientific spirit of MU (Mandailing University) as a true bureaucrat, from 2009
to 2010 I served in the Public Works Office and Mining, Mandailing Natal Regency,
North Sumatra Province - Indonesia, from 2011 to 2016 I served in the Mining
and Energy Office, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra Province -
Indonesia, from 2017 to 2021 I served in the Public Works Office and Spatial
planning, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra Province - Indonesia.
Tahun 2017, dinamika
legal atas kehidupan di NKRI (Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia) sangat
progresif, yang tentu saja UM (Universitas Mandailing) dinamis dalam merespon
dinamika legal yang saya maksudkan, yang tentu saja kita tetap tangguh dalam
mengemban amanat atas kemajuan-kemajuan yang telah dan akan dicapai oleh UM
(Universitas Mandailing).
In 2017, the
legal dynamics of life in the Republic of Indonesia The Unitary State of

University) is dynamic in responding to the legal dynamics that I mean, which
of course we remain resilient in carrying out the mandate for the advances that

Tahun 2018,
kita mengklaim bahwa kita adalah ilmuan sejati yang inisiatif mengeksiskan UM
(Universitas Mandailing) walau pada dasarnya saya adalah birokrat sejati tapi
saya tetap cenderung menjadi ilmuan sejati yang pro dan aplikator UM
(Universitas Mandailing), pada dasar prinsipnya kita adalah penyelamat atas
polemik di tengah-tengah masyarakat dan polemik yang cenderung ada di dunia
birokrat, solusi di atas solusi atas polemik apa pun adalah pendekatan Tata
Naskah Akademis.
In 2018, we
claim that we are true scientists who took the initiative to establish MU
(Mandailing University) even though basically I am a true bureaucrat but I
still tend to be a true scientist who is pro and applicator of MU (Mandailing
University), in principle we are the savior of the polemic. In the midst of
society and polemics that tend to exist in the bureaucratic world, the solution
above the solution to any polemic is the Academic Textbook approach.
Tahun 2019,
saya konsisten pada Materi-Materi KUM S3 MET (Kuliah Umum Sabtu Sore Sepanjang
Masa Electronic Teleconference).
In 2019, I am
consistent with the Materials of The Public Lecture of Afternoon Saturday of
All Time with Electronic Teleconference.
Tahun 2020, saya
konsisten pada kajian Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa di lingkungan Pemerintahan yang
ada di Indonesia yang menjadi materi ajar untuk konstruksi di Jurusan Teknik
Sipil, Fakultas Teknik Sipik dan Lingkungan, UM (Universitas Mandailing).
In 2020, I am
consistent with the study of the Procurement of Goods and Services in
Government circles in Indonesia which is the teaching material for construction
in the Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Civil and Environmental
Engineering, MU (Mandailing University).
Tahun 2021,
saya konsisten pada kajian Mata Kuliah Perencanaan Struktur Jembatan, Jurusan Teknik
Sipil, Fakultas Teknik Sipil dan Lingkungan, UM (Universitas Mandailing).
In 2021, I am
consistent in studying the Bridge Structure Planning Course, Department of
Civil Engineering, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, MU (Mandailing
University).
Rasionalitas
atas berdirinya UM (Universitas Mandailing) adalah bagian yang tidak
terpisahkan dari rentetan yang mengacu pada setiap insan dapat beribadah di UM
(Universitas Mandailing) melalui sumbangan pemikiran dan materi.
The rationality
of the establishment of MU (Mandailing University) is an inseparable part of
the series which refers to every person being able to worship at MU (Mandailing
University) through contributions of thought and material.
UM
(Universitas Mandailing) meneladani kandungan yang terdapat dalam Al-Quran yang
dalam hal ini ilmuan-ilmuan UM (Universitas Mandailing) untuk memahami Surat
Al-Anfaal adalah Surat ke-8 (delapan) yang diturunkan di Madinah yang memiliki
terjemahan yaitu Harta Rampasan Perang,
MU (Mandailing
University) exemplifies the content contained in the Al-Quran, in this case scientists
of MU (Mandailing University) to understand Surat Al-Anfaal is the 8th (eight)
Letter that was sent down in Medina which has a translation, namely War Spoils,
Dengan nama
Allah Yang Maha Pengasih, Maha Penyayang.
KISAH
PERANG BADAR
Cara
pembagian terserah kepada Allah dan Rasul.
1.
Mereka
menanyakan kepadamu (Muhammad) tentang (pembagian) harta rampasan perang.
Katakanlah, “Harta rampasan perang itu milik Allah dan Rasul (menurut ketentuan
Allah dan Rasul-Nya), maka bertakwalah kepada Allah dan perbaikilah hubungan di
antara sesamamu, dan taatlah kepada Allah dan Rasul-Nya jika kamu orang-orang beriman”.
Sifat-sifat
orang mukmin.
2.
Sesungguhnya
orang-orang yang beriman adalah mereka yang apabila disebut nama Allah
(menyebut sifat-sifat yang mengagungkan dan memuliakan-Nya) gemetar hatinya,
dan apabila dibacakan ayat-ayat-Nya kepada mereka, bertambah (kuat) imannya dan
hanya kepada Tuhan mereka bertawakkal.
3.
(yaitu)
orang-orang yang melaksanakan salat dan menginfakkan sebagian dari rezeki yang
Kami berikan kepada mereka.
4.
Mereka
itulah orang yang benar-benar beriman. Mereka akan memperoleh derajat (tinggi)
di sisi Tuhannya dan ampunan serta rezeki (nikmat) yang mulia.
Kengganan
sebahagian sahabat untuk pergi ke peperangan Badar dan pertolongan Allah keada
kaum muslimin.
5.
Sebagaimana
Tuhanmu menyuruhmu pergi dari rumahmu dengan kebenaran (menurut Al-Maragi,
Allah mengatur pembagian harta rampasan perang dengan benar, sebagaimana Allah menyuruhnya
pergi dari rumah (di Madinah) untuk berperang ke Badar dengan benar pula.
Menurut At-Tabari, keluar dari rumah dengan maksud berperang), meskipun sesungguhnya
sebagian dari orang-orang yang beriman itu tidak menyukainya.
6.
Mereka
membantahmu (Muhammad) tentang kebenaran setelah nyata (bahwa mereka pasti
menang), seakan-akan mereka dihalau kepada kematian, sedang mereka melihat
(sebab kematian itu).
7.
Dan
(ingatlah) ketika Allah menjanjikan kepadamu bahwa salah satu dari dua golongan
(yang kamu hadapi) adalah untukmu, sedang kamu menginginkan bahwa yang tidak
mempunyai kekuatan senjatalah (Kafilah Abu Sufyan yang membawa dagangan dari
Suriah. Sedangkan kelompok yang berkekuatan senjata adalah kelompok yang datang
dari Mekah di bawah pimpinan Utbah bin Rabi’ah bersama Abu Jahal).
8.
agar
Allah memperkuat yang hak (Islam) dan menghilangkan yang batil (syirik)
walaupun orang-orang yang berdosa (musyrik) itu tidak menyukainya.
9.
(Ingatlah),
ketika kamu memohon pertolongan kepada Tuhanmu, lalu diperkenankan-Nya bagimu,
“Sungguh, Aku akan mendatangkan bala bantuan kepadamu dengan seribu malaikat yang
datang berturut-turut”.
10. Dan tidaklah Allah menjadikannya melainkan
kabar gembira agar hatimu menjadi tenteram karenanya. Dan kemenangan itu
hanyalah dari sisi Allah. Sungguh, Allah Maha Perkasa, Maha Bijaksana.
11. (Ingatlah), ketika Allah membuat kamu mengantuk
untuk memberi ketenteram dari-Nya, dan Allah menurunkan air (hujan) dari langit
kepadamu untuk menyucikan kamu dengan (hujan) itu dan menghilangkan
gangguan-gangguan setan dari dirimu dan untuk menguakan hatimu serta
memperteguh telapak kakimu (teguh pendirian).
12. (Ingatlah) ketika Tuhanmu mewahyukan
kepada para malaikat, “Sesungguhnya Aku bersama kamu, maka teguhkanlah
(pendirian) orang-orang yang telah beriman”. Kelak akan Aku berikan rasa
ketakutan ke dalam hati orang-orang kafir, maka pukullah di atas leher mereka
dan pukullah tiap-tiap ujung jari mereka (ini terjadi dalam peperangan, sasaran
yang mematikan adalah leher. Tetapi apabila lawan memakai baju besi, sehingga
sulit dikalahkan, maka tangannya yang dilumpuhkan, agar tidak dapat memegang
senjata, seperti pedang, tombak dan lain-lainnya sehingga mudah ditawan.
13. (Ketentuan) yang demikian itu adalah
karena sesungguhnya mereka menentang Allah dan Rasul-Nya, sungguh, Allah sangat
keras siksa-Nya.
14. Demikianlah (hukuman dunia yang
ditimpakan atasmu), maka rasakanlah hukuman itu. Sesungguhnya bagi orang-orang
kafir ada (lagi) azab neraka.
Larangan
melarikan diri dari pertempuran.
15. Wahai orang yang beriman ! Apabila kamu
bertemu orang-orang kafir yang akan menyerangmu, maka janganlah kamu berbalik membelakangi
mereka (mundur).
16. Dan barang siapa mundur pada saat itu,
kecuali berbelok untuk (siasat) perang atau hendak menggabungkan diri dengan
pasukan yang lain, maka sungguh, orang itu kembali dengan membawa kemurkaan
dari Allah. Tempatnya ialah neraka Jahanam, dan seburuk-buruk tempat kembali.
17. Maka sebenarnya bukan kamu yang
membunuh mereka, melainkan Allah yang membunuh mereka, dan bukan engkau yang
melempar ketika engkau melempar, tetapi Allah yang melempar (Allah berbuat
demikian untuk membinasakan mereka) dan untuk memberi kemenangan kepada
orang-orang mukmin, dengan kemenangan yang baik. Sungguh, Allah Maha Mendengar,
Maha Mengetahui.
18. Demikianlah (karunia Allah yang dilimpahkan
kepadamu), dan sungguh, Allah melemahkan tipu daya orang-orang kafir.
19. Jika kamu meminta keputusan, maka
sesungguhnya keputusan telah datang kepadamu; dan jika kamu berhenti (memusuhi
Rasul), maka itulah yang lebih baik bagimu; dan jika kamu kembali, niscaya Kami
kembali (memberi pertolongan); dan pasukanmu tidak akan dapat menolak sesuatu
bahaya sedikit pun darimu, biarpun jumlahnya (pasukan) banyak. Sungguh, Allah
beserta orang-orang beriman.
Larangan
menyalahi perintah-perintah Allah.
20. Wahai orang-orang yang beriman !
Taatlah kepada Allah dan Rasul-Nya, padahal kamu mendengar (perintah-perintah-Nya),
21. dan janganlah kamu menjadi seperti orang-orang
(munafik) yang berkata, “Kami mendengarkan”, padahal mereka tidak mendengarkan (karena
hati mereka mengingkarinya).
22. Sesungguhnya makhluk bergerak yang
bernyawa yang paling buruk dalam pandangan Allah ialah mereka yang tuli dan
bisu (tidak mendengar dan memahami kebenaran) yaitu orang-orang yang tidak
mengerti.
23. Dan sekiranya Allah mengetahui ada
kebaikan pada mereka, tentu Dia jadikan mereka dapat mendengar (pengandaian dalam
ayat ini bukan berarti Allah tidak tahu, tetapi Allah Maha Tahu bahwa pada
mereka tidak ada kebaikan). Dan jika Allah menjadikan mereka dapat mendengar,
niscaya mereka berpaling, sedang mereka memalingkan diri.
Kewajiban
mentaati perintah Allah dan Rasul-Nya
24. Wahai orang-orang yang beriman !
Penuhilah seruan Allah dan Rasul, apabila dia menyerumu kepada sesuatu yang
memberi kehidupan kepadamu (menyerumu berperang untuk meninggikan kalimat Allah
dan menghidupkan Islam dan muslimin. Juga berarti menyerumu kepada iman, petunjuk,
jihad, dan segala yang ada hubungannya dengan kebahagiaan hidup di dunia dan
akhirat), dan ketahuilah bahwa sesungguhnya Allah membatasi manusia dan hatinya
dan sesungguhnya kepada-Nyalah kamu akan dikumpulkan.
25. Dan peliharalah dirimu dan siksaan yang
tidak hanya menimpa orang-orang yang zalim saja di antara kamu. Ketahuilah
bahwa Allah sangat keras siksa-Nya.
26. Dan ingatlah ketika (para Muhajirin)
masih (berjumlah) sedikit, lagi tertindas di bumi (Mekah), dan kamu takut orang-orang
(Mekah) akan menculik kamu, maka Dia memberi kamu tempat menetap (Madinah) dan
dijadikan-Nya kamu kuat dengan pertolongan-Nya dan diberi-Nya kamu rezeki yang
baik agar kamu bersyukur.
Larangan
berkhianat dan faedah bertakwa
27. Wahai orang-orang yang beriman !
Janganlah kamu mengkhianati Allah dan Rasul dan (juga) janganlah kamu
mengkhianati amanat yang dipercayakan kepadamu, sedang kamu mengetahui.
28. Dan ketahuilah bahwa hartamu dan
anak-anakmu itu hanyalah sebagai cobaan dan sesungguhnya di sisi Allah ada
pahala yang besar.
29. Wahai orang-orang yang beriman ! Jika
kamu bertakwa kepada Allah, niscaya Dia akan memberikan furqan (kemampuan
membedakan antara yang hak dan batil) kepadamu dan menghapus segala kesalahanmu
(dosa-dosa)-mu. Allah memiliki karunia yang besar.
Permusuhan kaum musyrikin terhadap Nabi dan kewajiban memerangi
mereka sampai terpelihara Agama Allah
30. Dan (ingatlah), ketika orang-orang
kafir (Quraisy) memikirkan tipu daya terhadapmu (Muhammad) untuk menangkap dan
memenjarakanmu atau membunuhmu, atau mengusirmu. Mereka membuat tipu daya dan
Allah menggagalkan tipu daya itu. Allah adalah sebaik-baik pembalas tipu daya.
31. Dan apabila ayat-ayat Kami dibacakan
kepada mereka, mereka berkata, “sesungguhnya kami telah mendengar (ayat-ayat
seperti ini), jika kami menghendaki niscaya kami dapat membacakan yang seperti
ini. (Al-Qur’an) ini tidak lain hanyalah dongeng orang-orang terdahulu”.
32. Dan (ingatlah), ketika mereka
(orang-orang musyrik) berkata, “Ya Allah, jika (Al-Qur’an) ini benar (wahyu)
dari Engkau, maka hujanilah kami dengan batu dari langit, atau datangkanlah
kepada kami azab yang pedih”.
33. Tetapi Allah tidak akan menghukum mereka,
selama engkau (Muhammad) berada di antara mereka. Dan tidaklah (pula) Allah
menghukum mereka, sedang mereka (masih) memohon ampunan.
34. Dan mengapa Allah tidak menghukum
mereka padahal mereka menghalang-halangi (orang) untuk (mendatangi)
Masjidilharam dan mereka bukanlah orang-orang yang berhak menguasainya ?, orang
yang berhak menguasai(-nya), hanyalah orang-orang yang bertakwa, tetapi
kebanyakan mereka tidak mengetahui.
