اْلكَرِيْمُ اَلْقُرْآنُ
al-Qurʾān al-Kariim
سورة النسآء
Surah An-Nisa’
Ayat 14
Verse 14
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَمَنْ
يَّعْصِ اللّٰهَ وَرَسُوْلَهٗ وَيَتَعَدَّ حُدُوْدَهٗ يُدْخِلْهُ نَارًا خَالِدًا
فِيْهَاۖ وَلَهٗ عَذَابٌ مُّهِيْنٌ
١٤: النسآء
“wa
may ya'ṣillāha wa rasụlahụ wa yata'adda ḥudụdahụ yudkhil-hu nāran khālidan fīhā
wa lahụ 'ażābum muḥīn”
“Dan barangsiapa
mendurhakai Allah dan Rasul-Nya dan melanggar batas-batas hukum-Nya, niscaya
Allah memasukkannya ke dalam api neraka, dia kekal di dalamnya dan dia akan
mendapat azab yang menghinakan.,”
“And
whoever disobeys Allāh and His Messenger and transgresses His limits - He will
put him into the Fire to abide eternally therein, and he will have a
humiliating punishment.,”
Ayat 15
Verse 15
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَالّٰتِيْ
يَأْتِيْنَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مِنْ نِّسَاۤىِٕكُمْ فَاسْتَشْهِدُوْا عَلَيْهِنَّ
اَرْبَعَةً مِّنْكُمْ ۚ فَاِنْ شَهِدُوْا فَاَمْسِكُوْهُنَّ فِى الْبُيُوْتِ
حَتّٰى يَتَوَفّٰىهُنَّ الْمَوْتُ اَوْ يَجْعَلَ اللّٰهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيْلًا
١٥: النسآء
“wallātī
ya`tīnal-fāḥisyata min nisā`ikum fastasy-hidụ 'alaihinna arba'atam mingkum, fa
in syahidụ fa amsikụhunna fil-buyụti ḥattā yatawaffāhunnal-mautu au
yaj'alallāhu lahunna sabīlā”
“Dan para perempuan
yang melakukan perbuatan keji di antara perempuan-perempuan kamu, hendaklah
terhadap mereka ada empat orang saksi di antara kamu (yang menyaksikannya).
Apabila mereka telah memberi kesaksian, maka kurunglah mereka (perempuan itu)
dalam rumah sampai mereka menemui ajalnya, atau sampai Allah memberi jalan
(yang lain) kepadanya.,”
“Those
who commit immorality [i.e., unlawful sexual intercourse] of your women - bring
against them four [witnesses] from among you. And if they testify, confine them
[i.e., the guilty women] to houses until death takes them or Allāh ordains for
them [another] way.,”
Ayat 16
Verse 16
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَالَّذٰنِ
يَأْتِيٰنِهَا مِنْكُمْ فَاٰذُوْهُمَا ۚ فَاِنْ تَابَا وَاَصْلَحَا فَاَعْرِضُوْا
عَنْهُمَا ۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ تَوَّابًا رَّحِيْمًا
١٦: النسآء
“wallażāni
ya`tiyānihā mingkum fa āżụhumā, fa in tābā wa aṣlaḥā fa a'riḍụ 'an-humā,
innallāha kāna tawwābar raḥīmā”
“Dan terhadap dua
orang yang melakukan perbuatan keji di antara kamu, maka berilah hukuman kepada
keduanya. Jika keduanya tobat dan memperbaiki diri, maka biarkanlah mereka.
Sungguh, Allah Maha Penerima tobat, Maha Penyayang.,”
“And
the two who commit it [i.e., unlawful sexual intercourse] among you - punish
[i.e., dishonor] them both. But if they repent and correct themselves, leave
them alone. Indeed, Allāh is ever Accepting of Repentance and Merciful.,”
Ayat 17
Verse 17
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
اِنَّمَا
التَّوْبَةُ عَلَى اللّٰهِ لِلَّذِيْنَ يَعْمَلُوْنَ السُّوْۤءَ بِجَهَالَةٍ ثُمَّ
يَتُوْبُوْنَ مِنْ قَرِيْبٍ فَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ يَتُوْبُ اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِمْ ۗ وَكَانَ
اللّٰهُ عَلِيْمًا حَكِيْمًا
١٧: النسآء
“innamat-taubatu
'alallāhi lillażīna ya'malụnas-sū`a bijahālatin ṡumma yatụbụna ming qarībin fa
ulā`ika yatụbullāhu 'alaihim, wa kānallāhu 'alīman ḥakīmā”
“Sesungguhnya
bertobat kepada Allah itu hanya (pantas) bagi mereka yang melakukan kejahatan
karena tidak mengerti, kemudian segera bertobat. Tobat mereka itulah yang
diterima Allah. Allah Maha Mengetahui, Mahabijaksana.,”
“The
repentance accepted by Allāh is only for those who do wrong in ignorance [or
carelessness] and then repent soon [after]. It is those to whom Allāh will turn
in forgiveness, and Allāh is ever Knowing and Wise.,”
Ayat 18
Verse 18
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَلَيْسَتِ
التَّوْبَةُ لِلَّذِيْنَ يَعْمَلُوْنَ السَّيِّاٰتِۚ حَتّٰىٓ اِذَا حَضَرَ
اَحَدَهُمُ الْمَوْتُ قَالَ اِنِّيْ تُبْتُ الْـٰٔنَ وَلَا الَّذِيْنَ
يَمُوْتُوْنَ وَهُمْ كُفَّارٌ ۗ اُولٰۤىِٕكَ اَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابًا
اَلِيْمًا
١٨: النسآء
“wa
laisatit-taubatu lillażīna ya'malụnas-sayyi`āt, ḥattā iżā ḥaḍara
aḥadahumul-mautu qāla innī tubtul-āna wa lallażīna yamụtụna wa hum kuffār,
ulā`ika a'tadnā lahum 'ażāban alīmā”
“Dan tobat itu
tidaklah (diterima Allah) dari mereka yang melakukan kejahatan hingga apabila
datang ajal kepada seseorang di antara mereka, (barulah) dia mengatakan, “Saya
benar-benar bertobat sekarang.” Dan tidak (pula diterima tobat) dari
orang-orang yang meninggal sedang mereka di dalam kekafiran. Bagi orang-orang
itu telah Kami sediakan azab yang pedih.,”
“But
repentance is not [accepted] of those who [continue to] do evil deeds up until,
when death comes to one of them, he says, "Indeed, I have repented
now," or of those who die while they are disbelievers. For them We have
prepared a painful punishment.,”
Ayat 19
Verse 19
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
يٰٓاَيُّهَا
الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ اَنْ تَرِثُوا النِّسَاۤءَ كَرْهًا ۗ
وَلَا تَعْضُلُوْهُنَّ لِتَذْهَبُوْا بِبَعْضِ مَآ اٰتَيْتُمُوْهُنَّ اِلَّآ
اَنْ يَّأْتِيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍ ۚ وَعَاشِرُوْهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوْفِ ۚ
فَاِنْ كَرِهْتُمُوْهُنَّ فَعَسٰٓى اَنْ تَكْرَهُوْا شَيْـًٔا وَّيَجْعَلَ اللّٰهُ
فِيْهِ خَيْرًا كَثِيْرًا
١٩: النسآء
“yā
ayyuhallażīna āmanụ lā yaḥillu lakum an tariṡun-nisā`a kar-hā, wa lā ta'ḍulụhunna
litaż-habụ biba'ḍi mā ātaitumụhunna illā ay ya`tīna bifāḥisyatim mubayyinah, wa
'āsyirụhunna bil-ma'rụf, fa ing karihtumụhunna fa 'asā an takrahụ syai`aw wa
yaj'alallāhu fīhi khairang kaṡīrā”
“Wahai orang-orang
beriman! Tidak halal bagi kamu mewarisi perempuan dengan jalan paksa dan
janganlah kamu menyusahkan mereka karena hendak mengambil kembali sebagian dari
apa yang telah kamu berikan kepadanya, kecuali apabila mereka melakukan
perbuatan keji yang nyata. Dan bergaullah dengan mereka menurut cara yang
patut. Jika kamu tidak menyukai mereka, (maka bersabarlah) karena boleh jadi
kamu tidak menyukai sesuatu, padahal Allah menjadikan kebaikan yang banyak
padanya.,”
“O
you who have believed, it is not lawful for you to inherit women by compulsion.
And do not make difficulties for them in order to take [back] part of what you
gave them unless they commit a clear immorality [i.e., adultery]. And live with
them in kindness. For if you dislike them - perhaps you dislike a thing and
Allāh makes therein much good.,”
Ayat 20
Verse 20
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَاِنْ
اَرَدْتُّمُ اسْتِبْدَالَ زَوْجٍ مَّكَانَ زَوْجٍۙ وَّاٰتَيْتُمْ اِحْدٰىهُنَّ
قِنْطَارًا فَلَا تَأْخُذُوْا مِنْهُ شَيْـًٔا ۗ اَتَأْخُذُوْنَهٗ بُهْتَانًا
وَّاِثْمًا مُّبِيْنًا
٢٠: النسآء
“wa
in arattumustibdāla zaujim makāna zaujiw wa ātaitum iḥdāhunna qinṭāran fa lā
ta`khużụ min-hu syai`ā, a ta`khużụnahụ buhtānaw wa iṡmam mubīnā”
“Dan jika kamu ingin
mengganti istrimu dengan istri yang lain, sedang kamu telah memberikan kepada
seorang di antara mereka harta yang banyak, maka janganlah kamu mengambil
kembali sedikit pun darinya. Apakah kamu akan mengambilnya kembali dengan jalan
tuduhan yang dusta dan dengan (menanggung) dosa yang nyata?,”
“But
if you want to replace one wife with another and you have given one of them a
great amount [in gifts], do not take [back] from it anything. Would you take it
in injustice and manifest sin?,”

اْلكَرِيْمُ اَلْقُرْآنُ
al-Qurʾān al-Kariim
سورة النسآء
Surah An-Nisa’
Ayat 21
Verse 21
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَكَيْفَ
تَأْخُذُوْنَهٗ وَقَدْ اَفْضٰى بَعْضُكُمْ اِلٰى بَعْضٍ وَّاَخَذْنَ مِنْكُمْ
مِّيْثَاقًا غَلِيْظًا
٢١: النسآء
“wa
kaifa ta`khużụnahụ wa qad afḍā ba'ḍukum ilā ba'ḍiw wa akhażna mingkum mīṡāqan
galīẓā”
“Dan bagaimana kamu
akan mengambilnya kembali, padahal kamu telah bergaul satu sama lain (sebagai
suami-istri). Dan mereka (istri-istrimu) telah mengambil perjanjian yang kuat (ikatan
pernikahan) dari kamu.,”
“And
how could you take it while you have gone in unto each other and they have
taken from you a solemn covenant?,”
Ayat 22
Verse 22
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَلَا تَنْكِحُوْا
مَا نَكَحَ اٰبَاۤؤُكُمْ مِّنَ النِّسَاۤءِ اِلَّا مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ ۗ اِنَّهٗ
كَانَ فَاحِشَةً وَّمَقْتًاۗ وَسَاۤءَ سَبِيْلًا
٢٢: النسآء
“wa
lā tangkiḥụ mā nakaḥa ābā`ukum minan-nisā`i illā mā qad salaf, innahụ kāna
fāḥisyataw wa maqtā, wa sā`a sabīlā”
“Dan janganlah kamu
menikahi perempuan-perempuan yang telah dinikahi oleh ayahmu, kecuali (kejadian
pada masa) yang telah lampau. Sungguh, perbuatan itu sangat keji dan dibenci
(oleh Allah) dan seburuk-buruk jalan (yang ditempuh).,”
“And
do not marry those [women] whom your fathers married, except what has already
occurred. Indeed, it was an immorality and hateful [to Allāh] and was evil as a
way.,”
Ayat 23
Verse 23
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
حُرِّمَتْ
عَلَيْكُمْ اُمَّهٰتُكُمْ وَبَنٰتُكُمْ وَاَخَوٰتُكُمْ وَعَمّٰتُكُمْ وَخٰلٰتُكُمْ
وَبَنٰتُ الْاَخِ وَبَنٰتُ الْاُخْتِ وَاُمَّهٰتُكُمُ الّٰتِيْٓ اَرْضَعْنَكُمْ
وَاَخَوٰتُكُمْ مِّنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ وَاُمَّهٰتُ نِسَاۤىِٕكُمْ وَرَبَاۤىِٕبُكُمُ
الّٰتِيْ فِيْ حُجُوْرِكُمْ مِّنْ نِّسَاۤىِٕكُمُ الّٰتِيْ دَخَلْتُمْ بِهِنَّۖ
فَاِنْ لَّمْ تَكُوْنُوْا دَخَلْتُمْ بِهِنَّ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ ۖ
وَحَلَاۤىِٕلُ اَبْنَاۤىِٕكُمُ الَّذِيْنَ مِنْ اَصْلَابِكُمْۙ وَاَنْ تَجْمَعُوْا
بَيْنَ الْاُخْتَيْنِ اِلَّا مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ ۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ غَفُوْرًا
رَّحِيْمًا ۔
٢٣: النسآء
“ḥurrimat 'alaikum ummahātukum wa banatukum wa akhawātukum
wa 'ammātukum wa khālātukum wa banatul-akhi wa banatul-ukhti wa
ummahātukumullātī arḍa'nakum wa akhawātukum minar-raḍā'ati wa ummahātu nisā`ikum
wa raba`ibukumullātī fī ḥujụrikum min-nisā`ikumullātī dakhaltum bihinna fa il
lam takụnụ dakhaltum bihinna fa lā junāḥa 'alaikum wa ḥalā`ilu
abnā`ikumullażīna min aṣlābikum wa an tajma'ụ bainal-ukhtaini illā mā qad
salaf, innallāha kāna gafụrar raḥīmā”
“Diharamkan atas kamu (menikahi) ibu-ibumu, anak-anakmu
yang perempuan, saudara-saudaramu yang perempuan, saudara-saudara ayahmu yang
perempuan, saudara-saudara ibumu yang perempuan, anak-anak perempuan dari
saudara-saudaramu yang laki-laki, anak-anak perempuan dari saudara-saudaramu
yang perempuan, ibu-ibumu yang menyusui kamu, saudara-saudara perempuanmu
sesusuan, ibu-ibu istrimu (mertua), anak-anak perempuan dari istrimu (anak
tiri) yang dalam pemeliharaanmu dari istri yang telah kamu campuri, tetapi jika
kamu belum campur dengan istrimu itu (dan sudah kamu ceraikan), maka tidak
berdosa kamu (menikahinya), (dan diharamkan bagimu) istri-istri anak kandungmu
(menantu), dan (diharamkan) mengumpulkan (dalam pernikahan) dua perempuan yang
bersaudara, kecuali yang telah terjadi pada masa lampau. Sungguh, Allah Maha
Pengampun, Maha Penyayang.,”
“ Prohibited to you [for marriage] are your
mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your father's sisters, your mother's
sisters, your brother's daughters, your sister's daughters, your [milk] mothers
who nursed you, your sisters through nursing, your wives' mothers, and your
step-daughters under your guardianship [born] of your wives unto whom you have
gone in. But if you have not gone in unto them, there is no sin upon you. And
[also prohibited are] the wives of your sons who are from your [own] loins, and
that you take [in marriage] two sisters simultaneously, except for what has
already occurred. Indeed, Allāh is ever Forgiving and Merciful.,”
Ayat 24
Verse 24
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَالْمُحْصَنٰتُ
مِنَ النِّسَاۤءِ اِلَّا مَا مَلَكَتْ اَيْمَانُكُمْ ۚ كِتٰبَ اللّٰهِ عَلَيْكُمْ
ۚ وَاُحِلَّ لَكُمْ مَّا وَرَاۤءَ ذٰلِكُمْ اَنْ تَبْتَغُوْا بِاَمْوَالِكُمْ
مُّحْصِنِيْنَ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحِيْنَ ۗ فَمَا اسْتَمْتَعْتُمْ بِهٖ مِنْهُنَّ
فَاٰتُوْهُنَّ اُجُوْرَهُنَّ فَرِيْضَةً ۗوَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِيْمَا
تَرَاضَيْتُمْ بِهٖ مِنْۢ بَعْدِ الْفَرِيْضَةِۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ عَلِيْمًا
حَكِيْمًا
٢٤: النسآء
“wal-muḥṣanātu
minan-nisā`i illā mā malakat aimānukum, kitāballāhi 'alaikum, wa uḥilla lakum
mā warā`a żālikum an tabtagụ bi`amwālikum muḥṣinīna gaira musāfiḥīn, fa
mastamta'tum bihī min-hunna fa ātụhunna ujụrahunna farīḍah, wa lā junāḥa
'alaikum fīmā tarāḍaitum bihī mim ba'dil-farīḍah, innallāha kāna 'alīman ḥakīmā”
“Dan (diharamkan juga
kamu menikahi) perempuan yang bersuami, kecuali hamba sahaya perempuan (tawanan
perang) yang kamu miliki sebagai ketetapan Allah atas kamu. Dan dihalalkan
bagimu selain (perempuan-perempuan) yang demikian itu jika kamu berusaha dengan
hartamu untuk menikahinya bukan untuk berzina. Maka karena kenikmatan yang
telah kamu dapatkan dari mereka, berikanlah maskawinnya kepada mereka sebagai
suatu kewajiban. Tetapi tidak mengapa jika ternyata di antara kamu telah saling
merelakannya, setelah ditetapkan. Sungguh, Allah Maha Mengetahui,
Mahabijaksana.,”
“And
[also prohibited to you are all] married women except those your right hands
possess. [This is] the decree of Allāh upon you. And lawful to you are [all
others] beyond these, [provided] that you seek them [in marriage] with [gifts
from] your property, desiring chastity, not unlawful sexual intercourse. So for
whatever you enjoy [of marriage] from them, give them their due compensation as
an obligation. And there is no blame upon you for what you mutually agree to
beyond the obligation. Indeed, Allāh is ever Knowing and Wise.,”
Ayat 25
Verse 25
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَمَنْ لَّمْ
يَسْتَطِعْ مِنْكُمْ طَوْلًا اَنْ يَّنْكِحَ الْمُحْصَنٰتِ الْمُؤْمِنٰتِ فَمِنْ
مَّا مَلَكَتْ اَيْمَانُكُمْ مِّنْ فَتَيٰتِكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنٰتِۗ وَاللّٰهُ
اَعْلَمُ بِاِيْمَانِكُمْ ۗ بَعْضُكُمْ مِّنْۢ بَعْضٍۚ فَانْكِحُوْهُنَّ بِاِذْنِ
اَهْلِهِنَّ وَاٰتُوْهُنَّ اُجُوْرَهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوْفِ مُحْصَنٰتٍ غَيْرَ
مُسٰفِحٰتٍ وَّلَا مُتَّخِذٰتِ اَخْدَانٍ ۚ فَاِذَآ اُحْصِنَّ فَاِنْ اَتَيْنَ
بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْصَنٰتِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِۗ
ذٰلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِيَ الْعَنَتَ مِنْكُمْ ۗ وَاَنْ تَصْبِرُوْا خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ ۗ
وَاللّٰهُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ
٢٥: النسآء
“wa mal lam yastaṭi' mingkum ṭaulan ay
yangkiḥal-muḥṣanātil-mu`mināti fa mimmā malakat aimānukum min
fatayātikumul-mu`mināt, wallāhu a'lamu bi`īmānikum, ba'ḍukum mim ba'ḍ,
fangkiḥụhunna bi`iżni ahlihinna wa ātụhunna ujụrahunna bil-ma'rụfi muḥṣanātin
gaira musāfiḥātiw wa lā muttakhiżāti akhdān, fa iżā uḥṣinna fa in ataina
bifāḥisyatin fa 'alaihinna niṣfu mā 'alal-muḥṣanāti minal-'ażāb, żālika liman
khasyiyal-'anata mingkum, wa an taṣbirụ khairul lakum, wallāhu gafụrur raḥīm”
“Dan barangsiapa di antara kamu tidak mempunyai biaya
untuk menikahi perempuan merdeka yang beriman, maka (dihalalkan menikahi
perempuan) yang beriman dari hamba sahaya yang kamu miliki. Allah mengetahui
keimananmu. Sebagian dari kamu adalah dari sebagian yang lain (sama-sama
keturunan Adam-Hawa), karena itu nikahilah mereka dengan izin tuannya dan
berilah mereka maskawin yang pantas, karena mereka adalah perempuan-perempuan
yang memelihara diri, bukan pezina dan bukan (pula) perempuan yang mengambil
laki-laki lain sebagai piaraannya. Apabila mereka telah berumah tangga
(bersuami), tetapi melakukan perbuatan keji (zina), maka (hukuman) bagi mereka
setengah dari apa (hukuman) perempuan-perempuan merdeka (yang tidak bersuami).
(Kebolehan menikahi hamba sahaya) itu, adalah bagi orang-orang yang takut
terhadap kesulitan dalam menjaga diri (dari perbuatan zina). Tetapi jika kamu
bersabar, itu lebih baik bagimu. Allah Maha Pengampun, Maha Penyayang.,”
“And whoever among you cannot [find] the means to marry
free, believing women, then [he may marry] from those whom your right hands
possess of believing slave girls. And Allāh is most knowing about your faith.
You [believers] are of one another. So marry them with the permission of their
people and give them their due compensation [i.e., mahr] according to what is
acceptable. [They should be] chaste, neither [of] those who commit unlawful
intercourse randomly nor those who take [secret] lovers. But once they are
sheltered in marriage, if they should commit adultery, then for them is half
the punishment for free [unmarried] women. This [allowance] is for him among
you who fears affliction [i.e., sin], but to be patient is better for you. And
Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful.,”
Ayat 26
Verse 26
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
يُرِيْدُ
اللّٰهُ لِيُبَيِّنَ لَكُمْ وَيَهْدِيَكُمْ سُنَنَ الَّذِيْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ
وَيَتُوْبَ عَلَيْكُمْ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ عَلِيْمٌ حَكِيْمٌ
٢٦: النسآء
“yurīdullāhu
liyubayyina lakum wa yahdiyakum sunanallażīna ming qablikum wa yatụba 'alaikum,
wallāhu 'alīmun ḥakīm”
“Allah hendak
menerangkan (syariat-Nya) kepadamu, dan menunjukkan jalan-jalan (kehidupan)
orang yang sebelum kamu (para nabi dan orang-orang saleh) dan Dia menerima
tobatmu. Allah Maha Mengetahui, Mahabijaksana.,”
“Allāh
wants to make clear to you [the lawful from the unlawful] and guide you to the
[good] practices of those before you and to accept your repentance. And Allāh
is Knowing and Wise.,”
Ayat 27
Verse 27
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَاللّٰهُ
يُرِيْدُ اَنْ يَّتُوْبَ عَلَيْكُمْ ۗ وَيُرِيْدُ الَّذِيْنَ يَتَّبِعُوْنَ
الشَّهَوٰتِ اَنْ تَمِيْلُوْا مَيْلًا عَظِيْمًا
٢٧: النسآء
“wallāhu
yurīdu ay yatụba 'alaikum, wa yurīdullażīna yattabi'ụnasy-syahawāti an tamīlụ
mailan 'aẓīmā”
“Dan Allah hendak
menerima tobatmu, sedang orang-orang yang mengikuti keinginannya menghendaki
agar kamu berpaling sejauh-jauhnya (dari kebenaran).,”
“Allāh
wants to accept your repentance, but those who follow [their] passions want you
to digress [into] a great deviation.,”

اْلكَرِيْمُ اَلْقُرْآنُ
al-Qurʾān al-Kariim
سورة النسآء
Surah An-Nisa’
Ayat 28
Verse 28
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
يُرِيْدُ
اللّٰهُ اَنْ يُّخَفِّفَ عَنْكُمْ ۚ وَخُلِقَ الْاِنْسَانُ ضَعِيْفًا
٢٨: النسآء
“yurīdullāhu
ay yukhaffifa 'angkum, wa khuliqal-insānu ḍa'īfā”
“Allah hendak
memberikan keringanan kepadamu, karena manusia diciptakan (bersifat) lemah.,”
“And
Allāh wants to lighten for you [your difficulties]; and mankind was created
weak.,”
Ayat 29
Verse 29
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
يٰٓاَيُّهَا
الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لَا تَأْكُلُوْٓا اَمْوَالَكُمْ بَيْنَكُمْ بِالْبَاطِلِ
اِلَّآ اَنْ تَكُوْنَ تِجَارَةً عَنْ تَرَاضٍ مِّنْكُمْ ۗ وَلَا تَقْتُلُوْٓا
اَنْفُسَكُمْ ۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحِيْمًا
٢٩: النسآء
“yā
ayyuhallażīna āmanụ lā ta`kulū amwālakum bainakum bil-bāṭili illā an takụna
tijāratan 'an tarāḍim mingkum, wa lā taqtulū anfusakum, innallāha kāna bikum
raḥīmā”
“Wahai orang-orang
yang beriman! Janganlah kamu saling memakan harta sesamamu dengan jalan yang
batil (tidak benar), kecuali dalam perdagangan yang berlaku atas dasar suka
sama suka di antara kamu. Dan janganlah kamu membunuh dirimu. Sungguh, Allah
Maha Penyayang kepadamu.,”
“O
you who have believed, do not consume one another's wealth unjustly but only
[in lawful] business by mutual consent. And do not kill yourselves [or one
another]. Indeed, Allāh is to you ever Merciful.,”
Ayat 30
Verse 30
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَمَنْ
يَّفْعَلْ ذٰلِكَ عُدْوَانًا وَّظُلْمًا فَسَوْفَ نُصْلِيْهِ نَارًا ۗوَكَانَ ذٰلِكَ
عَلَى اللّٰهِ يَسِيْرًا
٣٠: النسآء
“wa
may yaf'al żālika 'udwānaw wa ẓulman fa saufa nuṣlīhi nārā, wa kāna żālika
'alallāhi yasīrā”
“Dan barangsiapa
berbuat demikian dengan cara melanggar hukum dan zalim, akan Kami masukkan dia
ke dalam neraka. Yang demikian itu mudah bagi Allah.,”
“And
whoever does that in aggression and injustice - then We will drive him into a
Fire. And that, for Allāh, is [always] easy.,”
Ayat 31
Verse 31
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
اِنْ
تَجْتَنِبُوْا كَبَاۤىِٕرَ مَا تُنْهَوْنَ عَنْهُ نُكَفِّرْ عَنْكُمْ
سَيِّاٰتِكُمْ وَنُدْخِلْكُمْ مُّدْخَلًا كَرِيْمًا
٣١: النسآء
“in
tajtanibụ kabā`ira mā tun-hauna 'an-hu nukaffir 'angkum sayyi`ātikum wa
nudkhilkum mudkhalang karīmā”
“Jika kamu menjauhi
dosa-dosa besar di antara dosa-dosa yang dilarang mengerjakannya, niscaya Kami
hapus kesalahan-kesalahanmu dan akan Kami masukkan kamu ke tempat yang mulia
(surga).,”
“If
you avoid the major sins which you are forbidden, We will remove from you your
lesser sins and admit you to a noble entrance [into Paradise].,”
Ayat 32
Verse 32
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَلَا
تَتَمَنَّوْا مَا فَضَّلَ اللّٰهُ بِهٖ بَعْضَكُمْ عَلٰى بَعْضٍ ۗ لِلرِّجَالِ
نَصِيْبٌ مِّمَّا اكْتَسَبُوْا ۗ وَلِلنِّسَاۤءِ نَصِيْبٌ مِّمَّا اكْتَسَبْنَ
ۗوَسْـَٔلُوا اللّٰهَ مِنْ فَضْلِهٖ ۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ
عَلِيْمًا
٣٢: النسآء
“wa
lā tatamannau mā faḍḍalallāhu bihī ba'ḍakum 'alā ba'ḍ, lir-rijāli naṣībum
mimmaktasabụ, wa lin-nisā`i naṣībum mimmaktasabn, was`alullāha min faḍlih,
innallāha kāna bikulli syai`in 'alīmā”
“Dan janganlah kamu
iri hati terhadap karunia yang telah dilebihkan Allah kepada sebagian kamu atas
sebagian yang lain. (Karena) bagi laki-laki ada bagian dari apa yang mereka
usahakan, dan bagi perempuan (pun) ada bagian dari apa yang mereka usahakan.
Mohonlah kepada Allah sebagian dari karunia-Nya. Sungguh, Allah Maha Mengetahui
segala sesuatu.,”
“And
do not wish for that by which Allāh has made some of you exceed others. For men
is a share of what they have earned, and for women is a share of what they have
earned. And ask Allāh of His bounty. Indeed Allāh is ever, of all things,
Knowing.,”
Ayat 33
Verse 33
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَلِكُلٍّ
جَعَلْنَا مَوَالِيَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدٰنِ وَالْاَقْرَبُوْنَ ۗ وَالَّذِيْنَ
عَقَدَتْ اَيْمَانُكُمْ فَاٰتُوْهُمْ نَصِيْبَهُمْ ۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ عَلٰى
كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيْدًا
٣٣: النسآء
“wa
likullin ja'alnā mawāliya mimmā tarakal-wālidāni wal-aqrabụn, wallażīna 'aqadat
aimānukum fa ātụhum naṣībahum, innallāha kāna 'alā kulli syai`in syahīdā”
“Dan untuk
masing-masing (laki-laki dan perempuan) Kami telah menetapkan para ahli waris
atas apa yang ditinggalkan oleh kedua orang tuanya dan karib kerabatnya. Dan
orang-orang yang kamu telah bersumpah setia dengan mereka, maka berikanlah
kepada mereka bagiannya. Sungguh, Allah Maha Menyaksikan segala sesuatu.,”
“And
for all, We have made heirs to what is left by parents and relatives. And to
those whom your oaths have bound [to you] - give them their share. Indeed Allāh
is ever, over all things, a Witness.,”
Ayat 34
Verse 34
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
اَلرِّجَالُ
قَوَّامُوْنَ عَلَى النِّسَاۤءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللّٰهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلٰى بَعْضٍ
وَّبِمَآ اَنْفَقُوْا مِنْ اَمْوَالِهِمْ ۗ فَالصّٰلِحٰتُ قٰنِتٰتٌ حٰفِظٰتٌ
لِّلْغَيْبِ بِمَا حَفِظَ اللّٰهُ ۗوَالّٰتِيْ تَخَافُوْنَ نُشُوْزَهُنَّ
فَعِظُوْهُنَّ وَاهْجُرُوْهُنَّ فِى الْمَضَاجِعِ وَاضْرِبُوْهُنَّ ۚ فَاِنْ
اَطَعْنَكُمْ فَلَا تَبْغُوْا عَلَيْهِنَّ سَبِيْلًا ۗاِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ
عَلِيًّا كَبِيْرًا
٣٤: النسآء
“ar-rijālu
qawwāmụna 'alan-nisā`i bimā faḍḍalallāhu ba'ḍahum 'alā ba'ḍiw wa bimā anfaqụ
min amwālihim, faṣ-ṣāliḥātu qānitātun ḥāfiẓātul lil-gaibi bimā ḥafiẓallāh,
wallātī takhāfụna nusyụzahunna fa'iẓụhunna wahjurụhunna fil-maḍāji'i
waḍribụhunn, fa in aṭa'nakum fa lā tabgụ 'alaihinna sabīlā, innallāha kāna
'aliyyang kabīrā”
“Laki-laki (suami)
itu pelindung bagi perempuan (istri), karena Allah telah melebihkan sebagian
mereka (laki-laki) atas sebagian yang lain (perempuan), dan karena mereka
(laki-laki) telah memberikan nafkah dari hartanya. Maka perempuan-perempuan
yang saleh adalah mereka yang taat (kepada Allah) dan menjaga diri ketika
(suaminya) tidak ada, karena Allah telah menjaga (mereka). Perempuan-perempuan
yang kamu khawatirkan akan nusyuz, hendaklah kamu beri nasihat kepada mereka,
tinggalkanlah mereka di tempat tidur (pisah ranjang), dan (kalau perlu)
pukullah mereka. Tetapi jika mereka menaatimu, maka janganlah kamu mencari-cari
alasan untuk menyusahkannya. Sungguh, Allah Mahatinggi, Mahabesar.,”
“Men
are in charge of women by [right of] what Allāh has given one over the other
and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are
devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allāh would have
them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance - [first] advise
them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them
[lightly]. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them.
Indeed, Allāh is ever Exalted and Grand.,”

اَهْلِهَا ۚ اِنْ يُّرِيْدَآ اِصْلَاحًا يُّوَفِّقِ اللّٰهُ بَيْنَهُمَا ۗ اِنَّ
اللّٰهَ كَانَ عَلِيْمًا خَبِيْرًا
٣٥: النسآء
“wa
in khiftum syiqāqa bainihimā fab'aṡụ ḥakamam min ahlihī wa ḥakamam min ahlihā,
iy yurīdā iṣlāḥay yuwaffiqillāhu bainahumā, innallāha kāna 'alīman khabīrā”
“Dan jika kamu
khawatir terjadi persengketaan antara keduanya, maka kirimlah seorang juru
damai dari keluarga laki-laki dan seorang juru damai dari keluarga perempuan.
Jika keduanya (juru damai itu) bermaksud mengadakan perbaikan, niscaya Allah
memberi taufik kepada suami-istri itu. Sungguh, Allah Mahateliti, Maha
Mengenal.,”
“And
if you fear dissension between the two, send an arbitrator from his people and
an arbitrator from her people. If they both desire reconciliation, Allāh will
cause it between them. Indeed, Allāh is ever Knowing and Aware.,”
Ayat 36
Verse 36
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَاعْبُدُوا
اللّٰهَ وَلَا تُشْرِكُوْا بِهٖ شَيْـًٔا وَّبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ اِحْسَانًا وَّبِذِى
الْقُرْبٰى وَالْيَتٰمٰى وَالْمَسٰكِيْنِ وَالْجَارِ ذِى الْقُرْبٰى وَالْجَارِ
الْجُنُبِ وَالصَّاحِبِ بِالْجَنْۢبِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيْلِۙ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ
اَيْمَانُكُمْ ۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَنْ كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُوْرًاۙ
٣٦: النسآء
“wa'budullāha
wa lā tusyrikụ bihī syai`aw wa bil-wālidaini iḥsānaw wa biżil-qurbā wal-yatāmā
wal-masākīni wal-jāri żil-qurbā wal-jāril-junubi waṣ-ṣāḥibi bil-jambi
wabnis-sabīli wa mā malakat aimānukum, innallāha lā yuḥibbu mang kāna mukhtālan
fakhụrā”
“Dan sembahlah Allah
dan janganlah kamu mempersekutukan-Nya dengan sesuatu apa pun. Dan
berbuat-baiklah kepada kedua orang tua, karib-kerabat, anak-anak yatim,
orang-orang miskin, tetangga dekat dan tetangga jauh, teman sejawat, ibnu sabil
dan hamba sahaya yang kamu miliki. Sungguh, Allah tidak menyukai orang yang
sombong dan membanggakan diri,,”
“Worship
Allāh and associate nothing with Him, and to parents do good, and to relatives,
orphans, the needy, the near neighbor, the neighbor farther away, the companion
at your side, the traveler, and those whom your right hands possess. Indeed,
Allāh does not like those who are self-deluding and boastful,”
Ayat 37
Verse 37
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
الَّذِيْنَ
يَبْخَلُوْنَ وَيَأْمُرُوْنَ النَّاسَ بِالْبُخْلِ وَيَكْتُمُوْنَ مَآ اٰتٰىهُمُ
اللّٰهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهٖۗ وَاَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكٰفِرِيْنَ عَذَابًا مُّهِيْنًاۚ
٣٧: النسآء
“allażīna
yabkhalụna wa ya`murụnan-nāsa bil-bukhli wa yaktumụna mā ātāhumullāhu min
faḍlih, wa a'tadnā lil-kāfirīna 'ażābam muhīnā”
“(yaitu) orang yang
kikir, dan menyuruh orang lain berbuat kikir, dan menyembunyikan karunia yang
telah diberikan Allah kepadanya. Kami telah menyediakan untuk orang-orang kafir
azab yang menghinakan.,”
“ Who
are stingy and enjoin upon [other] people stinginess and conceal what Allāh has
given them of His bounty - and We have prepared for the disbelievers a
humiliating punishment,”
Ayat 38
Verse 38
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَالَّذِيْنَ
يُنْفِقُوْنَ اَمْوَالَهُمْ رِئَاۤءَ النَّاسِ وَلَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِاللّٰهِ وَلَا
بِالْيَوْمِ الْاٰخِرِ ۗ وَمَنْ يَّكُنِ الشَّيْطٰنُ لَهٗ قَرِيْنًا فَسَاۤءَ
قَرِيْنًا
٣٨: النسآء
“wallażīna
yunfiqụna amwālahum ri`ā`an-nāsi wa lā yu`minụna billāhi wa lā
bil-yaumil-ākhir, wa may yakunisy-syaiṭānu lahụ qarīnan fa sā`a qarīnā”
“Dan (juga)
orang-orang yang menginfakkan hartanya karena ria dan kepada orang lain (ingin
dilihat dan dipuji), dan orang-orang yang tidak beriman kepada Allah dan kepada
hari kemudian. Barangsiapa menjadikan setan sebagai temannya, maka (ketahuilah)
dia (setan itu) adalah teman yang sangat jahat.,”
“And
[also] those who spend of their wealth to be seen by the people and believe not
in Allāh nor in the Last Day. And he to whom Satan is a companion - then evil
is he as a companion.,”
Ayat 39
Verse 39
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَمَاذَا
عَلَيْهِمْ لَوْ اٰمَنُوْا بِاللّٰهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْاٰخِرِ وَاَنْفَقُوْا مِمَّا
رَزَقَهُمُ اللّٰهُ ۗوَكَانَ اللّٰهُ بِهِمْ عَلِيْمًا
٣٩: النسآء
“wa
māżā 'alaihim lau āmanụ billāhi wal-yaumil-ākhiri wa anfaqụ mimmā razaqahumullāh,
wa kānallāhu bihim 'alīmā”
“Dan apa (keberatan)
bagi mereka jika mereka beriman kepada Allah dan hari kemudian dan menginfakkan
sebagian rezeki yang telah diberikan Allah kepadanya? Dan Allah Maha Mengetahui
keadaan mereka.,”
“And
what [harm would come] upon them if they believed in Allāh and the Last Day and
spent out of what Allāh provided for them? And Allāh is ever, about them,
Knowing.,”
Ayat 40
Verse 40
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
اِنَّ اللّٰهَ
لَا يَظْلِمُ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ ۚوَاِنْ تَكُ حَسَنَةً يُّضٰعِفْهَا وَيُؤْتِ مِنْ
لَّدُنْهُ اَجْرًا عَظِيْمًا
٤٠: النسآء
“innallāha
lā yaẓlimu miṡqāla żarrah, wa in taku ḥasanatay yuḍā'if-hā wa yu`ti mil
ladun-hu ajran 'aẓīmā”
“Sungguh, Allah tidak
akan menzalimi seseorang walaupun sebesar dzarrah, dan jika ada kebajikan
(sekecil dzarrah), niscaya Allah akan melipatgandakannya dan memberikan pahala
yang besar dari sisi-Nya.,”
“Indeed,
Allāh does not do injustice, [even] as much as an atom's weight; while if there
is a good deed, He multiplies it and gives from Himself a great reward.,”
Ayat 41
Verse 41
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
فَكَيْفَ
اِذَا جِئْنَا مِنْ كُلِّ اُمَّةٍۢ بِشَهِيْدٍ وَّجِئْنَا بِكَ عَلٰى هٰٓؤُلَاۤءِ
شَهِيْدًاۗ
٤١: النسآء
“fa
kaifa iżā ji`nā ming kulli ummatim bisyahīdiw wa ji`nā bika 'alā hā`ulā`i
syahīdā”
“Dan bagaimanakah
(keadaan orang kafir nanti), jika Kami mendatangkan seorang saksi (Rasul) dari
setiap umat dan Kami mendatangkan engkau (Muhammad) sebagai saksi atas mereka.,”
“So
how [will it be] when We bring from every nation a witness and We bring you, [O
Muḥammad], against these [people] as a witness?,”
