Verse 270
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
وَمَآ
اَنْفَقْتُمْ مِّنْ نَّفَقَةٍ اَوْ نَذَرْتُمْ مِّنْ نَّذْرٍ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ
يَعْلَمُهٗ ۗ وَمَا لِلظّٰلِمِيْنَ مِنْ اَنْصَارٍ
٢٧٠:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“wa mā anfaqtum
min nafaqatin au nażartum min nażrin fa innallāha ya'lamuh, wa mā liẓ-ẓālimīna
min anṣār,”
“Dan
apa pun infak yang kamu berikan atau nazar yang kamu janjikan, maka sungguh,
Allah mengetahuinya. Dan bagi orang zalim tidak ada seorang penolong pun.”
“And
whatever you spend of expenditures or make of vows - indeed, Allāh knows of it.
And for the wrongdoers there are no helpers.”
Ayat
271
Verse 271
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ
الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ
اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
اِنْ
تُبْدُوا الصَّدَقٰتِ فَنِعِمَّا هِيَۚ وَاِنْ تُخْفُوْهَا وَتُؤْتُوْهَا
الْفُقَرَاۤءَ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ ۗ وَيُكَفِّرُ عَنْكُمْ مِّنْ سَيِّاٰتِكُمْ
ۗ وَاللّٰهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ خَبِيْرٌ
٢٧١:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“in
tubduṣ-ṣadaqāti fa ni'immā hiy, wa in tukhfụhā wa tu`tụhal-fuqarā`a fa huwa
khairul lakum, wa yukaffiru 'angkum min sayyi`ātikum, wallāhu bimā ta'malụna
khabīr,”
“Jika kamu menampakkan
sedekah-sedekahmu, maka itu baik. Dan jika kamu menyembunyikannya dan
memberikannya kepada orang-orang fakir, maka itu lebih baik bagimu dan Allah
akan menghapus sebagian kesalahan-kesalahanmu. Dan Allah Mahateliti apa yang
kamu kerjakan.,”
“If
you disclose your charitable expenditures, they are good; but if you conceal
them and give them to the poor, it is better for you, and He will remove from
you some of your misdeeds [thereby]. And Allāh, of what you do, is [fully]
Aware.,”
Ayat 272
Verse 272
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
لَيْسَ
عَلَيْكَ هُدٰىهُمْ وَلٰكِنَّ اللّٰهَ يَهْدِيْ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۗوَمَا تُنْفِقُوْا
مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَلِاَنْفُسِكُمْ ۗوَمَا تُنْفِقُوْنَ اِلَّا ابْتِغَاۤءَ وَجْهِ
اللّٰهِ ۗوَمَا تُنْفِقُوْا مِنْ خَيْرٍ يُّوَفَّ اِلَيْكُمْ وَاَنْتُمْ لَا
تُظْلَمُوْنَ
٢٧٢:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“laisa
'alaika hudāhum wa lākinnallāha yahdī may yasyā`, wa mā tunfiqụ min khairin fa
li`anfusikum, wa mā tunfiqụna illabtigā`a waj-hillāh, wa mā tunfiqụ min khairiy
yuwaffa ilaikum wa antum lā tuẓlamụn”
“Bukanlah kewajibanmu (Muhammad)
menjadikan mereka mendapat petunjuk, tetapi Allah-lah yang memberi petunjuk
kepada siapa yang Dia kehendaki. Apa pun harta yang kamu infakkan, maka
(kebaikannya) untuk dirimu sendiri. Dan janganlah kamu berinfak melainkan
karena mencari rida Allah. Dan apa pun harta yang kamu infakkan, niscaya kamu
akan diberi (pahala) secara penuh dan kamu tidak akan dizalimi (dirugikan),”
“Not
upon you, [O Muḥammad], is [responsibility for] their guidance, but Allāh
guides whom He wills. And whatever good you [believers] spend is for
yourselves, and you do not spend except seeking the face [i.e., approval] of
Allāh. And whatever you spend of good - it will be fully repaid to you, and you
will not be wronged.,”
Ayat 273
Verse 273
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
لِلْفُقَرَاۤءِ
الَّذِيْنَ اُحْصِرُوْا فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ لَا يَسْتَطِيْعُوْنَ ضَرْبًا فِى
الْاَرْضِۖ يَحْسَبُهُمُ الْجَاهِلُ اَغْنِيَاۤءَ مِنَ التَّعَفُّفِۚ تَعْرِفُهُمْ
بِسِيْمٰهُمْۚ لَا يَسْـَٔلُوْنَ النَّاسَ اِلْحَافًا ۗوَمَا تُنْفِقُوْا مِنْ
خَيْرٍ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ بِهٖ عَلِيْمٌ
٢٧٣:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“lil-fuqarā`illażīna
uḥṣirụ fī sabīlillāhi lā yastaṭī'ụna ḍarban fil-arḍi yaḥsabuhumul-jāhilu
agniyā`a minat-ta'affuf, ta'rifuhum bisīmāhum, lā yas`alụnan-nāsa il-ḥāfā, wa
mā tunfiqụ min khairin fa innallāha bihī 'alīm”
“(Apa yang kamu infakkan) adalah untuk
orang-orang fakir yang terhalang (usahanya karena jihad) di jalan Allah,
sehingga dia yang tidak dapat berusaha di bumi; (orang lain) yang tidak tahu,
menyangka bahwa mereka adalah orang-orang kaya karena mereka menjaga diri (dari
meminta-minta). Engkau (Muhammad) mengenal mereka dari ciri-cirinya, mereka
tidak meminta secara paksa kepada orang lain. Apa pun harta yang baik yang kamu
infakkan, sungguh, Allah Maha Mengetahui.,”
“ [Charity
is] for the poor who have been restricted for the cause of Allāh, unable to
move about in the land. An ignorant [person] would think them self-sufficient
because of their restraint, but you will know them by their [characteristic]
sign. They do not ask people persistently [or at all]. And whatever you spend
of good - indeed, Allāh is Knowing of it.,”
Ayat 274
Verse 274
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
اَلَّذِيْنَ
يُنْفِقُوْنَ اَمْوَالَهُمْ بِالَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ سِرًّا وَّعَلَانِيَةً
فَلَهُمْ اَجْرُهُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْۚ وَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ
يَحْزَنُوْنَ
٢٧٤:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“allażīna
yunfiqụna amwālahum bil-laili wan-nahāri sirraw wa 'alāniyatan fa lahum ajruhum
'inda rabbihim, wa lā khaufun 'alaihim wa lā hum yaḥzanụn”
“Orang-orang yang menginfakkan
hartanya malam dan siang hari (secara) sembunyi-sembunyi maupun
terang-terangan, mereka mendapat pahala di sisi Tuhannya. Tidak ada rasa takut
pada mereka dan mereka tidak bersedih hati.,”
“Those
who spend their wealth [in Allāh's way] by night and by day, secretly and
publicly - they will have their reward with their Lord. And no fear will there
be concerning them, nor will they grieve.,”

Verse 275
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
اَلَّذِيْنَ
يَأْكُلُوْنَ الرِّبٰوا لَا يَقُوْمُوْنَ اِلَّا كَمَا يَقُوْمُ الَّذِيْ
يَتَخَبَّطُهُ الشَّيْطٰنُ مِنَ الْمَسِّۗ ذٰلِكَ بِاَنَّهُمْ قَالُوْٓا اِنَّمَا
الْبَيْعُ مِثْلُ الرِّبٰواۘ وَاَحَلَّ اللّٰهُ الْبَيْعَ وَحَرَّمَ الرِّبٰواۗ
فَمَنْ جَاۤءَهٗ مَوْعِظَةٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّهٖ فَانْتَهٰى فَلَهٗ مَا سَلَفَۗ
وَاَمْرُهٗٓ اِلَى اللّٰهِ ۗ وَمَنْ عَادَ فَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ اَصْحٰبُ النَّارِ ۚ هُمْ
فِيْهَا خٰلِدُوْنَ
٢٧٥:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“allażīna
ya`kulụnar-ribā lā yaqụmụna illā kamā yaqụmullażī yatakhabbaṭuhusy-syaiṭānu
minal-mass, żālika bi`annahum qālū innamal-bai'u miṡlur-ribā, wa
aḥallallāhul-bai'a wa ḥarramar-ribā, fa man jā`ahụ mau'iẓatum mir rabbihī
fantahā fa lahụ mā salaf, wa amruhū ilallāh, wa man 'āda fa ulā`ika
aṣ-ḥābun-nār, hum fīhā khālidụn,”
“Orang-orang
yang memakan riba tidak dapat berdiri melainkan seperti berdirinya orang yang
kemasukan setan karena gila. Yang demikian itu karena mereka berkata bahwa jual
beli sama dengan riba. Padahal Allah telah menghalalkan jual beli dan
mengharamkan riba. Barangsiapa mendapat peringatan dari Tuhannya, lalu dia berhenti,
maka apa yang telah diperolehnya dahulu menjadi miliknya dan urusannya
(terserah) kepada Allah. Barangsiapa mengulangi, maka mereka itu penghuni
neraka, mereka kekal di dalamnya.”
“Those
who consume interest cannot stand [on the Day of Resurrection] except as one
stands who is being beaten by Satan into insanity. That is because they say,
"Trade is [just] like interest." But Allāh has permitted trade and
has forbidden interest. So whoever has received an admonition from his Lord and
desists may have what is past, and his affair rests with Allāh. But whoever
returns [to dealing in interest or usury] - those are the companions of the
Fire; they will abide eternally therein.”
Ayat
276
Verse 276
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ
الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ
اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
يَمْحَقُ
اللّٰهُ الرِّبٰوا وَيُرْبِى الصَّدَقٰتِ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ
اَثِيْمٍ
٢٧٦:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“yam-ḥaqullāhur-ribā
wa yurbiṣ-ṣadaqāt, wallāhu lā yuḥibbu kulla kaffārin aṡīm,”
“Allah memusnahkan riba dan menyuburkan
sedekah. Allah tidak menyukai setiap orang yang tetap dalam kekafiran dan
bergelimang dosa.,”
“Allāh
destroys interest and gives increase for charities. And Allāh does not like
every sinning disbeliever.,”
Ayat 277
Verse 277
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
اِنَّ
الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ وَاَقَامُوا الصَّلٰوةَ وَاٰتَوُا
الزَّكٰوةَ لَهُمْ اَجْرُهُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْۚ وَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا
هُمْ يَحْزَنُوْنَ
٢٧٧:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“innallażīna
āmanụ wa 'amiluṣ-ṣāliḥāti wa aqāmuṣ-ṣalāta wa ātawuz-zakāta lahum ajruhum 'inda
rabbihim, wa lā khaufun 'alaihim wa lā hum yaḥzanụn”
“Sungguh, orang-orang yang beriman,
mengerjakan kebajikan, melaksanakan salat dan menunaikan zakat, mereka mendapat
pahala di sisi Tuhannya. Tidak ada rasa takut pada mereka dan mereka tidak
bersedih hati.,”
“Indeed,
those who believe and do righteous deeds and establish prayer and give zakāh
will have their reward with their Lord, and there will be no fear concerning
them, nor will they grieve.,”
Ayat 278
Verse 278
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
يٰٓاَيُّهَا
الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ وَذَرُوْا مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الرِّبٰوٓا اِنْ
كُنْتُمْ مُّؤْمِنِيْنَ
٢٧٨:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“yā
ayyuhallażīna āmanuttaqullāha wa żarụ mā baqiya minar-ribā ing kuntum mu`minīn”
“Wahai orang-orang
yang beriman! Bertakwalah kepada Allah dan tinggalkan sisa riba (yang belum
dipungut) jika kamu orang beriman,”
“O
you who have believed, fear Allāh and give up what remains [due to you] of
interest, if you should be believers.,”
Ayat 279
Verse 279
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
فَاِنْ لَّمْ
تَفْعَلُوْا فَأْذَنُوْا بِحَرْبٍ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ وَرَسُوْلِهٖۚ وَاِنْ تُبْتُمْ
فَلَكُمْ رُءُوْسُ اَمْوَالِكُمْۚ لَا تَظْلِمُوْنَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُوْنَ
٢٧٩:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“fa
il lam taf'alụ fa`żanụ biḥarbim minallāhi wa rasụlih, wa in tubtum fa lakum
ru`ụsu amwālikum, lā taẓlimụna wa lā tuẓlamụn”
“Jika kamu tidak melaksanakannya, maka
umumkanlah perang dari Allah dan Rasul-Nya. Tetapi jika kamu bertobat, maka
kamu berhak atas pokok hartamu. Kamu tidak berbuat zalim (merugikan) dan tidak
dizalimi (dirugikan).,”
“And
if you do not, then be informed of a war [against you] from Allāh and His
Messenger. But if you repent, you may have your principal - [thus] you do no
wrong, nor are you wronged.,”

Verse 280
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
وَاِنْ
كَانَ ذُوْ عُسْرَةٍ فَنَظِرَةٌ اِلٰى مَيْسَرَةٍ ۗ وَاَنْ تَصَدَّقُوْا خَيْرٌ
لَّكُمْ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُوْنَ
٢٨٠:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“wa ing kāna żụ
'usratin fa naẓiratun ilā maisarah, wa an taṣaddaqụ khairul lakum ing kuntum
ta'lamụn,”
“Dan
jika (orang berutang itu) dalam kesulitan, maka berilah tenggang waktu sampai
dia memperoleh kelapangan. Dan jika kamu menyedekahkan, itu lebih baik bagimu,
jika kamu mengetahui.”
“And
if someone is in hardship, then [let there be] postponement until [a time of]
ease. But if you give [from your right as] charity, then it is better for you,
if you only knew.”
Ayat
281
Verse 281
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ
الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ
اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
وَاتَّقُوْا
يَوْمًا تُرْجَعُوْنَ فِيْهِ اِلَى اللّٰهِ ۗثُمَّ تُوَفّٰى كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَّا
كَسَبَتْ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُوْنَ
٢٨١:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“wattaqụ
yauman turja'ụna fīhi ilallāh, ṡumma tuwaffā kullu nafsim mā kasabat wa hum lā
yuẓlamụn,”
“Dan takutlah pada hari (ketika) kamu
semua dikembalikan kepada Allah. Kemudian setiap orang diberi balasan yang
sempurna sesuai dengan apa yang telah dilakukannya, dan mereka tidak dizalimi
(dirugikan),”
“And
fear a Day when you will be returned to Allāh. Then every soul will be
compensated for what it earned, and they will not be wronged [i.e., treated
unjustly].,”
Ayat 282
Verse 282
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
يٰٓاَيُّهَا
الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْٓا اِذَا تَدَايَنْتُمْ بِدَيْنٍ اِلٰٓى اَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى
فَاكْتُبُوْهُۗ وَلْيَكْتُبْ بَّيْنَكُمْ كَاتِبٌۢ بِالْعَدْلِۖ وَلَا يَأْبَ
كَاتِبٌ اَنْ يَّكْتُبَ كَمَا عَلَّمَهُ اللّٰهُ فَلْيَكْتُبْۚ وَلْيُمْلِلِ
الَّذِيْ عَلَيْهِ الْحَقُّ وَلْيَتَّقِ اللّٰهَ رَبَّهٗ وَلَا يَبْخَسْ مِنْهُ
شَيْـًٔاۗ فَاِنْ كَانَ الَّذِيْ عَلَيْهِ الْحَقُّ سَفِيْهًا اَوْ ضَعِيْفًا اَوْ
لَا يَسْتَطِيْعُ اَنْ يُّمِلَّ هُوَ فَلْيُمْلِلْ وَلِيُّهٗ بِالْعَدْلِۗ وَاسْتَشْهِدُوْا
شَهِيْدَيْنِ مِنْ رِّجَالِكُمْۚ فَاِنْ لَّمْ يَكُوْنَا رَجُلَيْنِ فَرَجُلٌ
وَّامْرَاَتٰنِ مِمَّنْ تَرْضَوْنَ مِنَ الشُّهَدَۤاءِ اَنْ تَضِلَّ اِحْدٰىهُمَا
فَتُذَكِّرَ اِحْدٰىهُمَا الْاُخْرٰىۗ وَلَا يَأْبَ الشُّهَدَۤاءُ اِذَا مَا
دُعُوْا ۗ وَلَا تَسْـَٔمُوْٓا اَنْ تَكْتُبُوْهُ صَغِيْرًا اَوْ كَبِيْرًا اِلٰٓى
اَجَلِهٖۗ ذٰلِكُمْ اَقْسَطُ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ وَاَقْوَمُ لِلشَّهَادَةِ وَاَدْنٰىٓ
اَلَّا تَرْتَابُوْٓا اِلَّآ اَنْ تَكُوْنَ تِجَارَةً حَاضِرَةً تُدِيْرُوْنَهَا
بَيْنَكُمْ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ اَلَّا تَكْتُبُوْهَاۗ وَاَشْهِدُوْٓا
اِذَا تَبَايَعْتُمْ ۖ وَلَا يُضَاۤرَّ كَاتِبٌ وَّلَا شَهِيْدٌ ەۗ وَاِنْ
تَفْعَلُوْا فَاِنَّهٗ فُسُوْقٌۢ بِكُمْ ۗ وَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ ۗ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمُ
اللّٰهُ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيْمٌ
٢٨٢:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“yā
ayyuhallażīna āmanū iżā tadāyantum bidainin ilā ajalim musamman faktubụh,
walyaktub bainakum kātibum bil-'adli wa lā ya`ba kātibun ay yaktuba kamā
'allamahullāhu falyaktub, walyumlilillażī 'alaihil-ḥaqqu walyattaqillāha
rabbahụ wa lā yabkhas min-hu syai`ā, fa ing kānallażī 'alaihil-ḥaqqu safīhan au
ḍa'īfan au lā yastaṭī'u ay yumilla huwa falyumlil waliyyuhụ bil-'adl,
wastasy-hidụ syahīdaini mir rijālikum, fa il lam yakụnā rajulaini fa rajuluw
wamra`atāni mim man tarḍauna minasy-syuhadā`i an taḍilla iḥdāhumā fa tużakkira
iḥdāhumal-ukhrā, wa lā ya`basy-syuhadā`u iżā mā du'ụ, wa lā tas`amū an
taktubụhu ṣagīran au kabīran ilā ajalih, żālikum aqsaṭu 'indallāhi wa aqwamu
lisy-syahādati wa adnā allā tartābū illā an takụna tijāratan ḥāḍiratan
tudīrụnahā bainakum fa laisa 'alaikum junāḥun allā taktubụhā, wa asy-hidū iżā
tabāya'tum wa lā yuḍārra kātibuw wa lā syahīd, wa in taf'alụ fa innahụ fusụqum
bikum, wattaqullāh, wa yu'allimukumullāh, wallāhu bikulli syai`in 'alīm”
“Wahai orang-orang yang beriman!
Apabila kamu melakukan utang piutang untuk waktu yang ditentukan, hendaklah
kamu menuliskannya. Dan hendaklah seorang penulis di antara kamu menuliskannya
dengan benar. Janganlah penulis menolak untuk menuliskannya sebagaimana Allah
telah mengajarkan kepadanya, maka hendaklah dia menuliskan. Dan hendaklah orang
yang berutang itu mendiktekan, dan hendaklah dia bertakwa kepada Allah,
Tuhannya, dan janganlah dia mengurangi sedikit pun daripadanya. Jika yang
berutang itu orang yang kurang akalnya atau lemah (keadaannya), atau tidak
mampu mendiktekan sendiri, maka hendaklah walinya mendiktekannya dengan benar.
Dan persaksikanlah dengan dua orang saksi laki-laki di antara kamu. Jika tidak
ada (saksi) dua orang laki-laki, maka (boleh) seorang laki-laki dan dua orang
perempuan di antara orang-orang yang kamu sukai dari para saksi (yang ada),
agar jika yang seorang lupa, maka yang seorang lagi mengingatkannya. Dan
janganlah saksi-saksi itu menolak apabila dipanggil. Dan janganlah kamu bosan
menuliskannya, untuk batas waktunya baik (utang itu) kecil maupun besar. Yang
demikian itu, lebih adil di sisi Allah, lebih dapat menguatkan kesaksian, dan
lebih mendekatkan kamu kepada ketidakraguan, kecuali jika hal itu merupakan
perdagangan tunai yang kamu jalankan di antara kamu, maka tidak ada dosa bagi
kamu jika kamu tidak menuliskannya. Dan ambillah saksi apabila kamu berjual
beli, dan janganlah penulis dipersulit dan begitu juga saksi. Jika kamu lakukan
(yang demikian), maka sungguh, hal itu suatu kefasikan pada kamu. Dan
bertakwalah kepada Allah, Allah memberikan pengajaran kepadamu, dan Allah Maha
Mengetahui segala sesuatu.,”
“O
you who have believed, when you contract a debt for a specified term, write it
down. And let a scribe write [it] between you in justice. Let no scribe refuse to
write as Allāh has taught him. So let him write and let the one who has the
obligation [i.e., the debtor] dictate. And let him fear Allāh, his Lord, and
not leave anything out of it. But if the one who has the obligation is of
limited understanding or weak or unable to dictate himself, then let his
guardian dictate in justice. And bring to witness two witnesses from among your
men. And if there are not two men [available], then a man and two women from
those whom you accept as witnesses - so that if one of them [i.e., the women]
errs, then the other can remind her. And let not the witnesses refuse when they
are called upon. And do not be [too] weary to write it, whether it is small or
large, for its [specified] term. That is more just in the sight of Allāh and
stronger as evidence and more likely to prevent doubt between you, except when
it is an immediate transaction which you conduct among yourselves. For [then]
there is no blame upon you if you do not write it. And take witnesses when you
conclude a contract. Let no scribe be harmed or any witness. For if you do so,
indeed, it is [grave] disobedience in you. And fear Allāh. And Allāh teaches
you. And Allāh is Knowing of all things.,”
Ayat 283
Verse 283
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَاِنْ
كُنْتُمْ عَلٰى سَفَرٍ وَّلَمْ تَجِدُوْا كَاتِبًا فَرِهٰنٌ مَّقْبُوْضَةٌ ۗفَاِنْ
اَمِنَ بَعْضُكُمْ بَعْضًا فَلْيُؤَدِّ الَّذِى اؤْتُمِنَ اَمَانَتَهٗ وَلْيَتَّقِ
اللّٰهَ رَبَّهٗ ۗ وَلَا تَكْتُمُوا الشَّهَادَةَۗ وَمَنْ يَّكْتُمْهَا فَاِنَّهٗٓ
اٰثِمٌ قَلْبُهٗ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ عَلِيْمٌ
٢٨٣:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“wa
ing kuntum 'alā safariw wa lam tajidụ kātiban fa rihānum maqbụḍah, fa in amina
ba'ḍukum ba'ḍan falyu`addillażi`tumina amānatahụ walyattaqillāha rabbah, wa lā taktumusy-syahādah,
wa may yaktum-hā fa innahū āṡimung qalbuh, wallāhu bimā ta'malụna 'alīm”
“Dan jika kamu dalam
perjalanan sedang kamu tidak mendapatkan seorang penulis, maka hendaklah ada
barang jaminan yang dipegang. Tetapi, jika sebagian kamu mempercayai sebagian
yang lain, hendaklah yang dipercayai itu menunaikan amanatnya (utangnya) dan
hendaklah dia bertakwa kepada Allah, Tuhannya. Dan janganlah kamu
menyembunyikan kesaksian, karena barangsiapa menyembunyikannya, sungguh,
hatinya kotor (berdosa). Allah Maha Mengetahui apa yang kamu kerjakan.,”
“And
if you are on a journey and cannot find a scribe, then a security deposit
[should be] taken. And if one of you entrusts another, then let him who is
entrusted discharge his trust [faithfully] and let him fear Allāh, his Lord.
And do not conceal testimony, for whoever conceals it - his heart is indeed
sinful, and Allāh is Knowing of what you do.,”
Ayat 284
Verse 284
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ

لِلّٰهِ مَا
فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِ ۗ وَاِنْ تُبْدُوْا مَا فِيْٓ اَنْفُسِكُمْ
اَوْ تُخْفُوْهُ يُحَاسِبْكُمْ بِهِ اللّٰهُ ۗ فَيَغْفِرُ لِمَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ
وَيُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ
٢٨٤:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“lillāhi
mā fis-samāwāti wa mā fil-arḍ, wa in tubdụ mā fī anfusikum au tukhfụhu
yuḥāsibkum bihillāh, fa yagfiru limay yasyā`u wa yu'ażżibu may yasyā`, wallāhu
'alā kulli syai`ing qadīr”
“Milik Allah-lah apa yang ada di
langit dan apa yang ada di bumi. Jika kamu nyatakan apa yang ada di dalam
hatimu atau kamu sembunyikan, niscaya Allah memperhitungkannya (tentang
perbuatan itu) bagimu. Dia mengampuni siapa yang Dia kehendaki dan mengazab
siapa yang Dia kehendaki. Allah Mahakuasa atas segala sesuatu.,”
“To
Allāh belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. Whether
you show what is within yourselves or conceal it, Allāh will bring you to
account for it. Then He will forgive whom He wills and punish whom He wills,
and Allāh is over all things competent.,”

اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
اٰمَنَ
الرَّسُوْلُ بِمَآ اُنْزِلَ اِلَيْهِ مِنْ رَّبِّهٖ وَالْمُؤْمِنُوْنَۗ كُلٌّ
اٰمَنَ بِاللّٰهِ وَمَلٰۤىِٕكَتِهٖ وَكُتُبِهٖ وَرُسُلِهٖۗ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ
اَحَدٍ مِّنْ رُّسُلِهٖ ۗ وَقَالُوْا سَمِعْنَا وَاَطَعْنَا غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا
وَاِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيْرُ
٢٨٥:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“āmanar-rasụlu
bimā unzila ilaihi mir rabbihī wal-mu`minụn, kullun āmana billāhi wa
malā`ikatihī wa kutubihī wa rusulih, lā nufarriqu baina aḥadim mir rusulih, wa
qālụ sami'nā wa aṭa'nā gufrānaka rabbanā wa ilaikal-maṣīr,”
“Rasul
(Muhammad) beriman kepada apa yang diturunkan kepadanya (Al-Qur'an) dari
Tuhannya, demikian pula orang-orang yang beriman. Semua beriman kepada Allah,
malaikat-malaikat-Nya, kitab-kitab-Nya dan rasul-rasul-Nya. (Mereka berkata),
“Kami tidak membeda-bedakan seorang pun dari rasul-rasul-Nya.” Dan mereka
berkata, “Kami dengar dan kami taat. Ampunilah kami Ya Tuhan kami, dan
kepada-Mu tempat (kami) kembali.””
“The
Messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and [so have]
the believers. All of them have believed in Allāh and His angels and His books
and His messengers, [saying], "We make no distinction between any of His
messengers." And they say, "We hear and we obey. [We seek] Your
forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the [final] destination."”

286
Verse 286
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ
الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ
اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
لَا
يُكَلِّفُ اللّٰهُ نَفْسًا اِلَّا وُسْعَهَا ۗ لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا
اكْتَسَبَتْ ۗ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَآ اِنْ نَّسِيْنَآ اَوْ اَخْطَأْنَا ۚ
رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَآ اِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهٗ عَلَى الَّذِيْنَ
مِنْ قَبْلِنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهٖۚ وَاعْفُ
عَنَّاۗ وَاغْفِرْ لَنَاۗ وَارْحَمْنَا ۗ اَنْتَ مَوْلٰىنَا فَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى
الْقَوْمِ الْكٰفِرِيْنَ
٢٨٦:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“lā
yukallifullāhu nafsan illā wus'ahā, lahā mā kasabat wa 'alaihā maktasabat,
rabbanā lā tu`ākhiżnā in nasīnā au akhṭa`nā, rabbanā wa lā taḥmil 'alainā
iṣrang kamā ḥamaltahụ 'alallażīna ming qablinā, rabbanā wa lā tuḥammilnā mā lā
ṭāqata lanā bih, wa'fu 'annā, wagfir lanā, war-ḥamnā, anta maulānā fanṣurnā
'alal-qaumil-kāfirīn,”
“Allah tidak membebani seseorang
melainkan sesuai dengan kesanggupannya. Dia mendapat (pahala) dari (kebajikan)
yang dikerjakannya dan dia mendapat (siksa) dari (kejahatan) yang diperbuatnya.
(Mereka berdoa), “Ya Tuhan kami, janganlah Engkau hukum kami jika kami lupa
atau kami melakukan kesalahan. Ya Tuhan kami, janganlah Engkau bebani kami
dengan beban yang berat sebagaimana Engkau bebankan kepada orang-orang sebelum
kami. Ya Tuhan kami, janganlah Engkau pikulkan kepada kami apa yang tidak
sanggup kami memikulnya. Maafkanlah kami, ampunilah kami, dan rahmatilah kami.
Engkaulah pelindung kami, maka tolonglah kami menghadapi orang-orang kafir.”,”

does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity. It will have
[the consequence of] what [good] it has gained, and it will bear [the
consequence of] what [evil] it has earned. "Our Lord, do not impose blame
upon us if we have forgotten or erred. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden
like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with
that which we have no ability to bear. And pardon us; and forgive us; and have
mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving
people.",”

اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّوْمُۗ
٢: آل عمران
“allāhu
lā ilāha illā huwal-ḥayyul-qayyụm”
“Allah, tidak ada
tuhan selain Dia. Yang Mahahidup, Yang terus-menerus mengurus (makhluk-Nya).,”

Ayat 03
Verse 03
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ
مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
نَزَّلَ
عَلَيْكَ الْكِتٰبَ بِالْحَقِّ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَاَنْزَلَ
التَّوْرٰىةَ وَالْاِنْجِيْلَۙ
٣: آل عمران
“nazzala
'alaikal-kitāba bil-ḥaqqi muṣaddiqal limā baina yadaihi wa anzalat-taurāta wal-injīl”
“Dia menurunkan Kitab (Al-Qur'an)
kepadamu (Muhammad) yang mengandung kebenaran, membenarkan (kitab-kitab)
sebelumnya, dan menurunkan Taurat dan Injil,,”

has sent down upon you, [O Muḥammad], the Book in truth, confirming what was
