			a.	menyampaikan dokumen dan persetujuan/pengesahan Studi Kelayakan yang dilengkapi dengan laporan estimasi sumber daya cadangan yang dilakukan oleh competent person; submit documents and approval/ratification of the Feasibility Study accompanied by a reserve resource estimation report carried out by a competent person;		b.	Lampiran peta PPKH Eksplorasi lanjutan Attachment to the map of the Consent for Use of the Forest Area for Further Exploration
			b.	dalam hal data sumber daya dan cadangan pada persetujuan/pengesahan studi kelayakan yang telah ada belum diestimasi oleh Competent Person, maka harus melampirkan laporan estimasi sumber daya dan cadangan oleh Competent Person. Estimasi harus mengacu pada studi kelakayan yang disetujui dalam hal: If the resource and reserve data in the existing feasibility study approval has not been estimated by a Competent Person, a resource and reserve estimation report by the Competent Person must be attached. The estimate must refer to the approved feasibility study in the following cases:
				1)	Luas dan Area Estimasi Estimated Area and Size
				2)	Cut Off Grade (untuk komoditas mineral logam dan bukan logam); Cut Off Grade (for metal and non-metal mineral commodities);
			c.	menyampaikan sisa cadangan yang merupakan pengurangan dari estimasi cadangan oleh competent person sebagaimana dimaksud pada angka 1a dan 1b terhadap realisasi produksi sejak cut off estimasi cadangan dan persetujuan studi kelayakan; dan submit the remaining reserves which are a reduction from the reserve estimate by the competent person as referred to in points 1a and 1b against the production realization since the cut off of the reserve estimate and approval of the feasibility study; and
			d.	menyampaikan kelengkapan Persetujuan Penggunaan Kawasan Hutan (PPKH) untuk Eksplorasi lanjutan dan peta kawasan hutan dalam hal terdapat kegiatan Eksplorasi lanjutan dalam Kawasan hutan. submit complete Forest Area Use Approval (PPKH) for continued exploration and forest area maps in the event that there are further exploration activities in the forest area.
		2.	Untuk komoditas batuan: For rock commodities:
			a.	menyampaikan dokumen dan persetujuan/pengesahan Studi Kelayakan; submit documents and approval/ratification of the Feasibility Study;
			b.	penanggung jawab estimasi sumber daya dan cadangan merupakan direksi Badan Usaha, ketua Koperasi, atau pemilik IUP (jika orang perseorangan); The person responsible for estimating resources and reserves is the director of the Business Entity, chairman of the Cooperative, or owner of the Mining Business Permit (if an individual);
			c.	menyampaikan sisa cadangan yang merupakan pengurangan dari total gabungan cadangan terkira dan terbukti sebagaimana dimaksud pada angka 2b, terhadap realisasi produksi sejak cut off cadangan dan persetujuan Studi Kelayakan; dan submit the remaining reserves which are a reduction from the total combined estimated and proven reserves as referred to in point 2b, against the production realization since the reserve cut off and approval of the Feasibility Study; and
			d.	menyampaikan kelengkapan Persetujuan Penggunaan Kawasan hutan (PPKH) untuk Eksplorasi lanjutan dan peta kawasan hutan dalam hal terdapat kegiatan Eksplorasi lanjutan dalam kawasan hutan. submit the complete Forest Area Use Approval (PPKH) for further exploration and forest area maps in the event that there are further exploration activities in the forest area.
