Pasal 1
Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :
Article 1
In this Law what is meant by :
4. Pertambangan Mineral adalah Pertambangan kumpulan Mineral yang berupa bijih atau batuan, di luar panas bumi, minyak dan gas bumi, serta air tanah.
4. Mineral Mining is Mining of a collection of Minerals in the form of ore or rock, excluding geothermal, oil and gas, and ground water.
