PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Pasal 1
Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :

In this Law what is meant by :

3. Ketentuan Pasal 5 diubah sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut:

Pasal 5

(1) Untuk kepentingan nasional, Pemerintah Pusat setelah berkonsultasi dengan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia menetapkan kebijakan nasional pengutamaan Mineral dan/atau Batubara untuk kepentingan dalam negeri.

(2) Untuk melaksanakan kepentingan nasional sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1), Pemerintah Pusat mempunyai kewenangan untuk menetapkan jumlah produksi, Penjualan, dan harga Mineral logam, Mineral bukan logam jenis tertentu, atau Batubara.

(3) Ketentuan lebih lanjut mengenai pengutamaan Mineral dan/atau Batubara untuk kepentingan nasional sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) dan penetapan jumlah produksi, Penjualan, serta harga Mineral logam, Mineral bukan logam jenis tertentu, atau Batubara sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (21diatur dengan atau berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah.

3. The provisions of Article 5 are amended to read as follows:

Article 5

(1) In the national interest, the Central Government after consultation with the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia determines a national policy of prioritizing Minerals and/or Coal for domestic interests.

(2) To implement the national interests as intended in paragraph (1), the Central Government has the authority to determine the amount of production, sales and prices of metallic minerals, certain types of non-metallic minerals or coal.

(3) Further provisions regarding prioritization of Minerals and/or Coal for national interests as intended in paragraph (1) and determination of production quantities, sales and prices of metallic Minerals, certain types of non-metallic Minerals, or Coal as intended in paragraph (21) are regulated by or based on Government Regulation.
