disampaikan.
2. Persetujuan RKAB ini dilarang disalahgunakan untuk
kegiatan usaha pertambangan yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan
perundangundangan.
The approved Work Plan and Budget for Year ... shall be used as a
reference for you in carrying out mining business activities during Year ...
with the following provisions:
1. Approval of this
Work Plan and Budget is granted based on the evaluation of data and information
from the Work Plan and Budget documents and the supporting documents submitted.
2. The approval of this
Work Plan and Budget may not be misused for mining business activities that do
not comply with statutory provisions.
Segala akibat hukum yang timbul di
kemudian hari atas ketidaksesuaian atau ketidakbenaran data dan informasi dalam
permohonan RKAB yang disampaikan atau penyalahgunaan persetujuan RKAB ini,
sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab Saudara dan persetujuan RKAB ini dapat
dibatalkan.
Any legal consequences that arise in the future due to inconsistencies
or inaccuracies in the data and information in the Work Plan and Budget
application submitted or misuse of the approval of this Work Plan and Budget
are entirely your responsibility and the approval of this Work Plan and Budget
can be revoked.
Apabila terdapat kekeliruan dalam
persetujuan RKAB, maka akan dilakukan perbaikan persetujuan sesuai dengan
ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.
If there is an error in the approval of the Work Plan and Budget, then
the approval will be corrected in accordance with the provisions of laws and
regulations.
