Pasal 1
Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :
Article 1
In this Law what is meant by :

17. Di antara Pasal 17 dan Pasal 18 disisipkan 2 (dua) pasal, yakni Pasal 17A dan Pasal 178 sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut:

Pasal 17A

(1) Penetapan WIUP Mineral logam dan WIUP Batubara sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 17 dilakukan setelah memenuhi kriteria pemanfaatan ruang dan kawasan untuk kegiatan Usaha Pertambangan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.

(2) Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintah Daerah menjamin tidak ada perubahan pemanfaatan ruang dan kawasan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) pada WIUP Mineral logam dan WIUP Batubara yang telah ditetapkan.

(3) Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintah Daerah menjamin penerbitan perizinan lain yang diperlukan dalam rangka pelaksanaan kegiatan Usaha Pertambangan pada WIUP Mineral logam dan WIUP Batubara yang telah ditetapkan sepanjang telah memenuhi persyaratan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.

17. Between Article 17 and Article 18, 2 (two) articles are inserted, namely Article 17A and Article 178 so that they read as follows:

Article 17A

(1) Determination of metal mineral WIUP (in Bahasa) and Coal WIUP (in Bahasa) as intended in Article 17 is carried out after fulfilling the criteria for space and area utilization for Mining Business activities in accordance with the provisions of statutory regulations.

(2) The Central Government and Regional Governments guarantee that there will be no changes in the use of space and areas as intended in paragraph (1) in the Metal Mineral WIUP (in Bahasa) and Coal WIUP (in Bahasa) that have been determined.

(3) The Central Government and Regional Governments guarantee the issuance of other permits required for the implementation of Mining Business activities in designated Metal Mineral WIUP(in Bahasa) and Coal WIUP (in Bahasa) as long as they meet the requirements in accordance with the provisions of statutory regulations.
