Pasal 1
Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :
Article 1
In this Law what is meant by :

14a. Penyelidikan dan Penelitian adalah kegiatan untuk mengetahui kondisi geologi umum, data indikasi, potensi sumber daya dan/atau cadangan Mineral dan/atau Batubara.

14a. Investigation and Research are activities to determine general geological conditions, indicative data, resource potential and/or Mineral and/or Coal reserves.
