Pasal 1
Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :
Article 1
In this Law what is meant by :

28. Di antara Pasal 36 dan Pasal 37 disisipkan 1 (satu) pasal, yakni Pasal 36A sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut :

Pasal 36A

Dalam rangka konservasi Mineral dan Batubara, pemegang IUP atau IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi wajib melakukan kegiatan Eksplorasi lanjutan setiap tahun dan menyediakan anggaran.

28. Between Article 36 and Article 37, 1 (one) article is inserted, namely Article 36A so that it reads as follows:

Article 36A

In the context of Mineral and Coal conservation, IUP (in Bahasa) or IUPK (in Bahasa) holders in the Production Operation activity stage are required to carry out follow-up Exploration activities every year and provide a budget.
