Pasal 1
Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :
Article 1
In this Law what is meant by :

36. Pemerintah Pusat adalah Presiden Republik Indonesia yang memegang kekuasaan pemerintahan negara Republik Indonesia yang dibantu oleh Wakil Presiden dan Menteri sebagaimana dimaksud dalam UndangUndang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945.

36. Central Government is the President of the Republic of Indonesia who holds the power of the government of the Republic of Indonesia assisted by the Vice President and Ministers as intended in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.
