adalah is a term referring to the air
quality within and around building and structures, especially as it relates to
the health and comfort of building occupants, Pengukuran berupa determination of IAQ involves the collection
of air samples, monitoring human exposure to pollutants, dan collection of samples on building surface
and computer modelling of air flow inside buildings. Pengendalian Bahaya
Kimia termasuk di dalamnya Engineering
Control yaitu substitution, labelling, hazardous classification area, ventilation,
dan fire and explosion prevention; risk analysis / risk assessment; administrative control yaitu pengaturan shift dan jam kerja; work practice control meliputi prosedur
pengendalian yang tepat dan diklat (pendidikan dan pelatihan); dan Personal meliputi mask, gloves, dan safety glasses. Pengendalian Bahaya
Biologi meliputi Engineering Control
yaitu improvement ventilation dan partial isolation of contaminant; administrative control yaitu pengaturan shift dan jam kerja; work practice control yaitu prosedur
pengendalian yang tepat dan diklat (pendidikan dan pelatihan); dan Personal yaitu mask, gloves, dan protecting clothes. Kebersihan Lingkungan Kerja meliputi kebersihan
lingkungan kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam menunjang kesehatan kerja dan
produktivitas kerja; tempat kerja yang bersih akan membantu mengurangi risiko
penyakit di tempat kerja; dan hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam kebersihan lingkungan
kerja adalah bersih dari debu, sampah rumah tangga, penyimpanan bahan kimia

2018 tetap dilakukan berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 04 Tahun 2010 tentang
Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah sebagaimana telah beberapa kali diubah
terakhir dengan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 04 Tahun 2015 tentang Perubahan
Keempat atas Peraturan Presiden Nomor 54 Tahun 2010 tentang Pengadaan
Barang/Jasa Pemerintah, 2. Pengadaan Barang/Jasa yang persiapannya dilaksanakan
sejak tanggal 01 Juli 2018 dilakukan berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden ini, 3.
Kontrak yang telah ditandatangani berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 54 Tahun
2010 tentang Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah sebagaimana telah beberapa kali
diubah terakhir dengan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 04 Tahun 2015 tentang Perubahan
Keempat atas Peraturan Presiden Nomor 54 Tahun 2010 tentang Pengadaan
Barang/Jasa Pemerintah, tetap berlaku sampai dengan berakhirnya Kontrak, 4.
Ketentuan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa yang dapat dilakukan sejak diundangkan
Peraturan Presiden ini meliputi a. Pengadaan Barang/Jasa melalui swakelola; b.
Pengadaan Barang/Jasa yang dilaksanakan oleh Agen Pengadaan sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam Pasal 14; c. Perencanaan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa untuk Tahun
Anggaran 2019; dan d. Pengadaan Khusus sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Bab VIII.

Goods / Services, Article 89 With the enforcement of this Presidential
Regulation, 1. Procurement of Goods / Services whose preparation is carried out
prior to July 01st, 2018
shall be conducted based on Presidential Regulation No. 04/2010 concerning
Procurement of Government Goods / Services as amended several times the latest
by Presidential Regulation No. 04 of 2015 on the Fourth Amendment of
Presidential Regulation No. 54/2010 concerning Procurement of Goods / Services
of the Government, 2. Procurement of Goods / Services whose preparation is
carried out from July 01st, 2018 shall be made pursuant to this Presidential
Regulation, 3. Contracts that have been signed based to Presidential Regulation
Number 54 Year 2010 concerning Procurement of Government Goods / Services as
amended several times and the latest by Presidential Regulation Number 04 Year
2015 regarding Fourth Amendment to Presidential Regulation Number 54 Year 2010
concerning Procurement of Government Goods / Services, shall remain effective
until the end of Contract , 4. Provisions on Procurement of Goods / Services
that can be done since the enactment of this Presidential Regulation includes
a. Procurement of Goods / Services through self-management; b. Procurement of
Goods / Services carried out by the Procurement Agent as referred to in Article
14; c. Planning of Procurement of Goods / Services for Fiscal Year 2019; and d.
Special Procurement as referred to in Chapter VIII.

Pimpinan Rukun Tetangga Yayasan Mandailing Raya) untuk update dengan memahami berdasarkan ketentuan Pasal 89 Perpres Nomor
16 Tahun 2018 tentang Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah, maka tidak benar bahwa
Perpres ini berlaku sejak 01 Juli 2018, melainkan Perpres ini berlaku sejak
diuandangkan. Namun, pemberlakuannya dilaksanakan secara bertahap, yaitu 1.
Untuk pekerjaan dan Persiapannya dilaksanakan sebelum 01 Juli 2018, tetap
berpedoman kepada Perpres 54/2010 dan perubahannya. Ini berarti semua pengadaan
yang dilaksanakan pada tahun 2018 masih tetap menggunakan aturan yang lama, 2.
Untuk pekerjaan yang Persiapannya dilaksanakan sejak 01 Juli 2018, maka sudah
mengacu kepada Perpres ini. Ini berarti, semua pengadaan tahun 2019 sudah wajib
menggunakan Perpres 16/2018, 3. Kontrak yang telah ditandatangani tetap berlaku
dan berpedoman kepada Perpres 54/2010 dan Perubahannya hingga berakhirnya
kontrak. Termasuk apabila ada pekerjaan tahun jamak yang baru ditandatangani
pada tahun 2018 dan berakhir pada tahun 2020, maka tahun 2019 tidak perlu
melakukan perubahan kontrak untuk mengikuti Perpres ini, dan 4. Namun pekerjaan
yang akan dilaksanakan secara swakelola, pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan melalui
agen pengadaan, perencanaan pengadaan untuk tahun 2019, dan pengadaan khusus [Keadaan
Darurat, Pengadaan di Luar Negeri, Pengadaan di BLU (Badan Layanan Umum),
