Lingkungan Kerja, Pasal 36 Akomodasi, yang layak dan memenuhi persyaratan
kesehatan; Pasal 37 ayat 2 point d, Perawatan P3K (Pertolongan Pertama Pada
Kecelakaan), ruangan P3K (Pertolongan Pertama Pada Kecelakaan) mendapat
penerangan dan ventilasi yang cukup; Pasal 48 ayat 2 Ruang Ganti Pakaian, ruang
ganti pakaian dan tempat membersihkan badan selalu dijaga kebersihannya; Pasal
49 ayat 1, Penyediaan Air, air harus bersih dan air bekas pakai dialirkan ke
sarana pembuangan; Pasal 50 Jamban, harus tersedia di tambang dan memenuhi
persyaratan kesehatan.
