jadwal KUM S3 MET (Kuliah Umum Sabtu Sore Sepanjang Masa Electronic Teleconference) yang telah saya jadwalkan secara
tertuang di dalam JBAR MGB SM (Jurnal Bulanan Analisis Riset Mikron Gen
Biologis Sepanjang Masa), paradigma berpikir oportunitas tanpa misi membangun
ke depan harus kita ubah dengan ketahanan memperjuangkan KUM S3 MET (Kuliah
Umum Sabtu Sore Sepanjang Masa Electronic
Teleconference) dalam dalil akomodasi terapan yang menghantar UM
(Universitas Mandailing) SM (Sepanjang Masa), sebagai ilmuan kita toleran
dengan rutinitas seremonial Budaya Mandailing, namun demikian penawaran kita
berwujud keilmiahan merembesi sistem politik Budaya Mandailing, menapaki
Birokrat Mandailing menjadi Birokrat ilmuan dan membalikkan jarum sejarah Bumi
Mandailing terutama menghantar Bumi Mandailing sebagai Industri Otak terbesar
di dunia pada zamannya.
Along with the massivity consolidation section of MU (Mandailing
University) as a continuous platform, the resilience of all Personnels of The
Central (Global) Leadership Assembly of The Great Mandailing Foundation was
tested in implementing my teachings and carrying out all schedules of The
Public Lecture of Afternoon Saturday of All Time with Electronic Teleconference
scheduled by me in The Monthly Journal of Research Analysis of Biological
Genetic Micron of All Time, the paradigm of thinking of opportunities without a
mission building future must be changed by us with resilience in fighting for

Mandailing) dalam upaya membangun peradaban umat manusia yang lebih
berabad-abad ke depan konsistensinya yaitu tata cara melahirkan jurusan-jurusan
baru di UM (Universitas Mandailing) terkoreksi sebanyak 1.000 (seribu) jurusan
yang dikaji secara evolutif dalam KUM S3 MET (Kuliah Umum Sabtu Sore Sepanjang
Masa Electronic Teleconference) di
KPG (Kantor Pusat Global) MPP(G) YMR,
Majelis Pimpinan Pusat (Global) Yayasan Mandailing Raya, Banggua, Desa Roburan
Lombang, Kecamatan Panyabungan Selatan, Kabupaten Mandailing Natal, Sumatera
Utara - Indonesia yang dituang dalam JBAR MGB SM (Jurnal Bulanan Analisis Riset
Mikron Gen Biologis Sepanjang Masa) yang berefek pada media-media online sosial yang dimiliki UM
(Universitas Mandailing).
There is nothing that can stop us from thinking of the dynamics of MU
(Mandailing University) in an effort to build human civilization for more
centuries in consistency namely the procedure for giving birth to new
departments at MU (Mandailing University) corrected by 1,000 (one thousand)
majors evolutionarily studied in The Public Lecture of Afternoon Saturday of
All Time with Electronic Teleconference at The Global Headquarter of The
Central (Global) Leadership Assembly of The Great Mandailing Foundation, Banggua, Desa Roburan Lombang, Kecamatan Panyabungan
Selatan, Kabupaten Mandailing Natal, Sumatera Utara - Indonesia which was cast in The

Moderatisasi
cara berpikir kita dalam membangun peradaban Bumi Mandailing menuju peradaban
umat manusia dalam perdamaian abadi dunia internasional global bumi dalam tahapan-tahapan atom material terkecil yang kita

Mandailing), kita tidak boleh menyerang pribadi seseorang dalam aktualisasi
aktivasi analisis riil kita pada kepada kebijakan publik yang dilakukan orang tersebut
karena yang bersangkutan pejabat publik, sikap kita pada orang per orang
tersebut tidak dipandang secara politik walau kita tidak anti politik (apolitic), kita melakukan analisis data
- data pada kebijakan orang per orang tersebut dengan hasil kajian kita berupa
Rekomendasi bukan Pernyataan Sikap (Statement),
sebagai pemimpin dunia kita mampu menyelesaikan masalah atom sampai masalah universal dengan moderatisasi dan
pendekatan diplomasi dengan pendekatan Draf Promosi Guru Besar (Profesor),
disertasi doktoral, tesis magister, skripsi sarjana, dan laporan ahli (diploma)
yang dikerjakan secara ilmiah oleh Jurusan Ilmu Politik, FISIPOL (Fakultas Ilmu
Sosial dan Ilmu Politik) UM (Universitas Mandailing).
Moderating our way
of thinking in building Earth Mandailing civilization towards human
civilization in the eternal peace of the earth global international world in
the smallest stages of material atoms that we arrange on the accumulation of
even the smallest potential resources for the significance of empowerment
(super power) of our thinking are changing humanity's civilization becomes a
people of everlasting peace. We avoid thinking radicalization by nihilization
of the potential of radicalization as small as the superficial one that emerges

dengan sejarah dinas-dinas yang pernah saya ikut di dalamnya sebagai PNS
(Pegawai Negeri Sipil) dan ASN (Aparatur Sipil Negara) yaitu Dinas Pekerjaan
Umum dan Pertambangan, Kabupaten Mandailing Natal, Sumatera Utara - Indonesia
dari tahun 2009 sampai tahun 2011, Dinas Pertambangan dan Energi Kabupaten
Mandailing Natal, Sumatera Utara - Indonesia dari tahun 2011 sampai tahun 2016,
dan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Mandailing Natal,
Sumatera Utara - Indonesia dari tahun 2017 sampai sekarang, sebagai birokrat
Pemerintahan saya memahami Yayasan diasuh oleh Pemerintah dengan terbitnya Izin
Kementerian Hukum dan HAM (Hak Azasi Manusia) RI (Republik Indonesia), maka
warna birokratik dalam proses dinamisasi UM (Universitas Mandailing) tidak bisa
dihindarkan dalam upaya timbal balik menciptakan birokrat-birokrat menjadi
ilmuan yang kompeten sesuai Tupoksi (Tugas Pokok dan Fungsi) yang dimilikinya,
maka rona wajah pemerintahan di Bumi Mandailing adalah pejabat-pejabat
struktural dan pejabat-pejabat fungsional yang ilmuan untuk mengeliminasi
