Visi masa depan di Mandailing Natal diperlukan untuk memberikan fokus pada arah kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara menuju masa depan yang lebih baik,

The vision of the future in Mandailing Natal is needed to focus on the direction of national and state life towards a better future,

1.    Pemantapan persatuan masyarakat desa menuju persatuan dan kesatuan untuk mengarah kepada negara dengan pengamalan sila Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa.

2.    Sistem politik yang demokratis.

3.    Sistem ekonomi yang adil dan produktif.

4.    Sistem sosial budaya yang beradab.

5.    Sumber daya manusia yang bermutu.

6.    Globalisasi.

1. Consolidation of the unity of the village community towards unity to lead to the state with the practice of the principle of Godhead of the One Supreme.

2. A democratic political system.

4. The civilized social and cultural system.

(1)     Meningkatkan kualitas masyarakat desa, yaitu yang beriman, dan bertaqwa terhadap Tuhan Maha Esa, berbudi pekerti yang luhur, berkpribadian, berdisiplin, bekerja keras, tangguh, bertanggung jawab, mandiri, cerdas, dan terampil, serta sehat jasmani dan rohani, rasa cinta tanah air, semangat kebangsaan, kesetiakawanan sosial, serta dapat mengamalkan Pancasila. 
(1) Improving the quality of rural communities, those who believe, and devoted to God Almighty, noble character, personality, discipline, hard work, tough, responsible, independent, intelligent, and skilled, and physically and mentally healthy, love the homeland, the spirit of nationalism, social solidarity, and can practice Pancasila.

(2)     Menggunakan hak memilih dan dipilih, serta mempercayai wakil – wakil rakyat yang kita pilih serta menghormati badan – badan permusyawaratan perwakilan serta menerima keputusan yang dihasilkan dan menjalankan dengan iktikad baik dan rasa tanggung jawab.

(2) Use the right to vote and be elected, and trust the representatives of the people that we elect and respect the representative parliamentary bodies and accept the resulting decisions and exercise in good faith and responsibility.

(3)     Dalam Undang – Undang Dasar 1945 koperasi sebagai usaha bersama berdasar atas kekeluargaan dimana koperasi bersifat rakyat, koperasi sesuai dengan kepribadian bangsa, serta dilandasi azas kekeluargaan dan kegotongroyongan dan koperasi tidak hanya bersifat demokratis akan tetapi mendidik masyarakat agar bersatu, taat adil sehingga koperasi dapat mendidik warga masyarakat desa mampu percaya dalam kemampuan dirinya sendiri dalam mengambangkan usaha di masa yang akan datang. 
(3) In the Constitution of 1945 cooperative as a joint effort based on kinship where cooperative is people, cooperative in accordance with national personality, and based on principle of kinship and cooperation and cooperative not only is democratic but educate society to be united, obedient so that cooperative can educate the villagers to be able to believe in their own ability to float the business in the future.

(4)     Mengembangkan dan membina kebudayaan masyarakat desa yang bersumber dari warisan leluhur, melestarikan apresiasi nilai kesenian yang lebih kreatif dan memberdayakan sentra – sentra budaya kesenian. 
(4) Developing and fostering the culture of rural communities derived from ancestral heritage, preserving the appreciation of the more creative artistic value and empowering the Art culture centers.
